5 stars is definitely not enough stars for Dr. Kessler and his team members. My experience has been incredible. My first visit was in 2023. I have wanted a breast reduction since I was 16 years old. I waited until after giving birth to 2 kiddos. My surgery date was set for December 2023 and went in excited! Turns out, in the middle of my surgery my heart and blood pressure didn't do well. He stopped immediately, put me back together and I woke up with the same boobies. Although disappointed, I was extremely grateful that he made this choice. My safety was his first priority. It also forced me to find out why this happened. A year and a half later I finally got what I wanted and I'm healthier than ever! I trust him with all I have. I would never see anyone else! He was extremely empathetic to my nerves and feelings. He made me feel safe. On top of all of that, my boobies look better than I ever even imagined they could be! I am so happy with them! He IS the best surgeon there is. His team members are just as kind and exceed all expectations. Thank you Dr. Kessler!

I love Dr Kessler and Rachel! The whole atmosphere is so different compared to other offices and make me feel very welcome, I flew from Texas to OC to see Dr Kessler for Botox and filler, believe or not he's the only person I trust to inject my face, he will give you a not frozen look, ( if you know you know) he's very professional and super down to earth, takes his time to explain everything even tho he's busy, he answered all my questions and you can't missed out his products! Initially, I hesitated to do Botox or fillets. After an initial consultation with Dr. Kessler, I was very impressed by his knowledge and confidence so I decided to proceed with both Botox and fillers. Dr. Kessler was gentle and patient and I felt that he truly listened to the concerns I’ve raised. Ultimately, I didn’t feel any pain and I was very pleased with the results. With compassionate, honest and thorough examination and treatment, Dr Kessler changed my life. I worked for decades to overcome an abusive early life and the trauma and time took their toll. When I finally felt optimally healthy, I consulted six OC and LA county doctors. Most offered quick surgical fixes that sounded too good to be true. Dr Kessler talked to me about hormones, healthy weight management and realistic expectations. I left with a plan. Through diet and lifestyle changes -- no drugs, no secret bullets -- I lost 40 pounds and developed a sustainable exercise routine. I returned to Dr Kessler for a neck lift and deep dermabrasion around my mouth. Healing was swift and I could not be happier with the results. Right from the very start and to the very end this experience was beyond my expectations. It began with a consultation with Dr. Kessler. I arrived on time for my appointment, was immediately ushered into an exam room by Rachel who made it seem as if I had my own personal guide through the entire procedure. I waited less than three minutes before Dr. Kessler came in and listened to my goals and made sure I would understand the entire procedure from start to finish. Before I left the office I was provided a cost quote and made my appointment for the facelift. At that point I was provided a schedule with all my appointments pre-surgery and post surgery by Rachel. The amazing part of all this was the attention I received from Dr. Kesslers office. I never called or texted Rachel where she didn't respond almost immediately if she couldn't pick up. My face is the first thing people see when they meet me so obviously there was some trepidation. I had questions and concerns prior to the procedure and Rachel was always there to make sure I was given every answer to every question. Her demeanor was always cheerful, professional and comforting. You simply can't not like her nor be less than satisfied by the attention you are provided. On to the surgery, the excellence only gets better. The first day was a bit more pain than expected but that dissipated quickly. The results were exactly what I asked Dr. Kessler for. But the most impressive aspect of it all was the minimal (almost zero) bruising and that followed by the rapid healing. 9 Days after surgery I was already out for dinner with my son-in-law and daughter for a birthday celebration and unless you were staring me down you wouldn't know I just went through a facelift. Less than three weeks later my sister who lives out of town and hadn't seen me in a while stopped in for a visit and during a three hour visit had no idea I had surgery. She just thought I looked so good but had no clue why. I credit Dr. Kesslers gentle hand during surgery. It's clear he wants you to look and feel your best as quickly as possible and his work reflects his care. I'm still 5 days short of a month since surgery and all I can do is marvel at the professional way this entire procedure was done. I've now had a total of eight visits from start to finish and never once did I wait to see the doctor. Never once did I call or text Rachel that I wasn't immediately or rapidly responded to. I've never experienced that in any doctors office before and it makes it all just that much more satisfying. I want to say here, THANK YOU RACHEL. THANK YOU DR. KESSLER.
