So I was on accutane for 6 months, my face was really bad when I started in October, I got some really big pimples in the beginning and saw some acne all the way through month 5, the last month it basically all cleared up. Worst side effects was the dryness, my lips were so chapped and my arms had rashes on them of dry skin basically the whole time I was on it. I exercise a lot and in the beginning felt really dehydrated so I had to drink A LOT of water. All in all I think it was so worth it, I've been off for two months, all the dryness has gone away and I haven't had a pimple since I stopped, no other side effects either. Not sure why my pictures loaded sideways.
