Eyelid Enhancement
My approach to eyelid enhancements at my San Francisco peninsula practice is unique among my colleagues. I believe that for the best effect, the procedure should be paired with a brow lift. The eyebrows and the upper eyelids are an aesthetic unit and must be in balance to look beautiful. Many surgeons do not perform the brow lift (although the patient would benefit from it) because the traditional procedure is too extensive for a minor improvement. My method of doing brow lift surgery is via the same incision as the eyelid surgery. This is much easier, and you get an overall better result without any additional downtime or scarring.
