Breast Reduction Miracle

I had breast reduction from Dr Schwartz three years ago. I just looked at my before/after and it’s honestly mind blowing. If you’re thinking about doing it with him - do it. He’s honestly super nice and amazing and I am really thankful he changed my boobs! I also have lost about 30lbs between both photos - I did do lipo with him but if i’m being super honest I was not at the target weight ...

My breasts look proportional & great. I’m so, so, so happy with my body

I had contacted Dr. Schwartz off of the recommendation of a friend who followed his Instagram. She told me he was THE DOCTOR to go for my breast lift/augmentation. After massive weight loss (114 pounds), I was happy with my skin everywhere except my breasts. I lost a lot of tissue & the skin was so saggy & wrinkled from losing so much weight. I set up my consultation & I knew from...

Q: Does Ibuprofen Increase Bleeding Risk after breast augmentation?
Answered by Dr. SchwartzMarch 29, 2019

A: I only prescribe Tylenol and Ibuprofen for all of my surgeries. I don’t use narcotics since I think they make people feel worse and are addictive. Plus Ibuporfen is also anti-inflammatory which allows for my patients to be out to dinner the next night after surgery.

Q: What can I do to make my BBL smaller? I’m 4 days post op and my butt is so huge and I hate it.
Answered by Dr. SchwartzMarch 29, 2019

A: About 60% of fat from the transfer is retained and the results are permanent. The size will change with your weight just as the rest of your body does. In other words, the fat acts like it was naturally there. You can get a good idea of the final result after 6 months.

Q: Brazilian butt lift. I'm 34 with hypothyroidism. Do you think this surgery is pointless?
Answered by Dr. SchwartzMarch 29, 2019

A: A good candidate has enough fat available for transfer in the procedure. The amount of fat that can be transferred in a BBL depends on how much fat the patient has to harvest and the amount of space there is to move the fat into. It is recommended for the patient to have a BMI of 30 or less. If you are too thin, a Brazilian Butt Lift may not be possible.

Q: I sat down non stop after BBL. Is this a problem? (Photo)
Answered by Dr. SchwartzMarch 28, 2019

A: You should wait at least 2 weeks before sitting without a support cushion and sleeping on your back. Sitting with no support too soon can harm the newly moved fat cells.

Q: I am wanting a BBL and tummy tuck. Would I do better with a mommy makeover? (Photo)
Answered by Dr. SchwartzMarch 28, 2019

A: The best way to achieve a celebrity-like butt and hips is a Brazilian Butt Lift. A Brazilian Butt Lift is a procedure where excess fat is liposuctioned from different parts of the body and moved to the buttocks. This reshapes and adds volume to the butt while keeping a natural look. Final results are permanent and generally seen about 6 months after the procedure.
