Look no further for she is right here, Dr. Suzanne Trott. Dr. Trott an incredibly skilled surgeon who goes above and beyond to ensure the best possible outcome for every one of her patients. She gives her patients all of her time and listens carefully to any and all concerns. Instead of taking a one-size-fits-all approach, she creates a thorough and personalized pre surgery, surgery and post surgery plan that will give you the best results. I could not be happier with her work and I could not have been in better hands. After a past shoulder surgery I found out that not only did I struggle with anesthesia but also had an allergy to opiods. The combo of the two had left me seriously ill for over a week after this previous surgery. Dr. Trott listened carefully and thanks to her expertise, attention to detail and well executed plan, all went smoothly, and the recovery was nothing short of amazing. I woke up without nausea from the anesthesia, experienced no pain, and was even up and walking on my own in less than 12 hours. And then there is the work, the breast reduction she did was masterful. As was the abdominal and flank Liposuction and I only wish I had found her and done this years ago. I’m so happy with the results. And I’m so happy with the easy recovery. Dr. Trott’s dedication, compassion, and innovative approach made all the difference. If you are looking for a surgeon who truly cares and delivers outstanding results, here she is and I am so grateful.
If you’re reading this, YOU’RE WELCOME. READ THE WHOLE THING. I will go unnamed obviously, but I am an up and coming Hollywood actress. I hit a nice little stride in my career and so, I’m more public, and my body is part of the kit. I have trained for all kinds of movies, and had done it all. Every private trainer, diet, you name it, I did it. I wasn't able to achieve the body I worked so hard for. I hit a wall, and decided it was time to go for it. I gave myself about a year researching top surgeons, and spent A LOT in consult fees. In case you don’t want to pay for those, LUCKY YOU. I spent the money now you don’t have to because you are READING THIS. So, it mattered to me that I go to someone excellent, and above all, that I look natural. FYI. I am a snob. I wanted board certified, someone with experience (lots of people in this town are five year old college grads who just picked up a cannula), because I wanted a lot done. LIPO ABDOMEN, FLANKS, UPPER BACK< ARMS. With a fat transfer to my breasts. And if I had enough, nano fat to my face and neck. I met with every known male surgeon for the above. For whatever reason I just wasn’t entirely sold on any of them. Surgery is scary, risky, and personal. Over the years, I had heard Dr. Trott’s name. A very cutting edge cosmetic PA (also a snob) that I have worked with for years told me she would only go to TROTT, and everyone she sends Trott’s way is happy they did. So, I finally consulted with Dr. Suzanne Trott and FOUND MY UNICORN. First off she asked me far more questions than any of the other doctors, which really struck me upon reflection how brief my other consults were. SIDE NOTE: She is also one of the early pioneers or cosmetic fat grafting FYI. I found her to be incredible smart, deeply knowledgeable, and impressed. Above all, I felt safe with this person. Talented, smart, and safe is what you want. (Take time to read about how patients under female surgeons have far less complications than their male peers. You don’t want “complications.”) The vibe of her office is professional, feminine, friendly, open, and caring. Her staff are all gorgeous souls. There is a level of patient care that you WILL NOT receive with other doctors. You just won’t. To be transparent, I’m a pain. I ask a lot of questions, and this woman gave me her time. Day of surgery, I was terrified but she kept comforting me, and reminding me to be excited. :) Another thing I will say is, if you have the money, please go to a care facility. That is a biggie. I played ball and was a good patient, did exactly what she said. Spent 3 days at a place with round the clock nurse care. NO way I could have just gone home. I did the oxygen chamber 3 days before and five days after surgery to speed up heeling per Trott’s rec. I cut my healing time in half. (The guy who runs Royal Hyperbarriacs also said he knows every surgeon, and, shocker, if it were him, he would go to Trott only). Ok here is where it gets different. Trott visited me at my care facility on her off day. She assisted the nurse in bathing me, re-bandaging me, and clothing me. Brought me an IV. Did you [RS bleep] read that? READ IT AGAIN. That does not happen. Your Beverly Hills plastic surgeon in 2024 is not going to visit you THEMSELVES, and put antibiotic ointments on your incisions and tell you how beautiful you look. Some patients don’t even see their surgeons for post op. Yeah. Other facts: She designed her own lipo shape-wear, and is so durable/ high quality that I’ll wear it as my day to day shape-wear. It’s fantastic. My scars are… wait WHAT SCARS??? BARELY visible. My PA friend had told me about Trott’s talent with scars and stitches. She wasn’t lying. Absolutely teeny. I’m on camera, so, we don’t like scars. Trott also injected them with exosomes (look it up) and they are healing beautifully. This woman is not only excellent at what she does, you pay for her HEART. You are paying for a human being who cares about YOU. I mean I found the god damn UNICORN, the Princess DIANA of doctors. She is empathetic, caring, and cautious. Her patients are like her babies. When I looked in the mirror with her for the first time and saw my new body, my mouth dropped and I couldn’t speak. The way she lipo’d my lower back gave my a little bubble of a butt that WAS NOT there before. I LOOK LIKE A GODDESS. And then I cried. Trott made me look better than I did in my twenties. So, there you have it. Here stands the LIPO QUEEN, the OG, the maestro. How she isn’t the biggest name in cosmetic surgery is, frankly criminal. She is a genius. And I want you, everyone, to have the experience that I did. Best decision I ever made. Merry Christmas.
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Trott!!! She is so kind and caring and makes you feel like she’s fully dedicated to you and helping you to feel your best. She performed a breast reduction and axillary breast tissue removal about a year ago and the results were amazing. You can’t even tell I had surgery. Dr. Trott is so precise with each surgery and takes all the time she needs to get fantastic and long-lasting results. She goes over every procedure step-by-step to make sure you fully understand what is happening and feel comfortable with all the decisions being made. Dr. Trott is an absolute joy to work with and I recommend her to every single person I know even remotely interested in any type of plastic surgery.
My capsular contracture was really starting to bother me so I saw several plastic surgeons about an explant. Dr Trott immediately made me feel at ease. She treated me like a human, not just a credit card. She advised me that a straight explant would be a bit jarring for me after having the big boobs for so long. A fat transfer would be an option, something I had never heard of before. After giving it some thought, I decided to go for it with her and I am so glad I did. 11 months post op and I am so happy with my body. Post op lipo care was a lot, but Dr Trott and Letty were there for me every step of the way. Dr Trott is a wonderful doctor and I cannot express my thanks to her and her team enough.
Dr. Suzanne Trott is an artist, genuinely cares about her patients, and is a highly skilled meticulous surgeon. I had a bilateral breast reduction 18months ago. It has changed my life and I’m so grateful to her. My breasts are gorgeous. I live in Hawaii and flew to LA because not just anyone is going to cut on me. I barely have scars (see pics) and have been hiking, surfing, body boarding, and back to being more active than I was able to be before the reduction. My pinky had been numb for years before surgery. I was diagnosed with ulnar nerve pain. Little did I know it was my heavy boobs. The day after surgery, I could feel my pinky and it’s been good ever since! My neck and back pain decreased by 80%.I did my research and my only regret was waiting until I was 48 to do it, wish I had done it earlier. Dr. Trott changed my life for the better.
Dr. Trott is not only a highly skilled surgeon, but an artist. She is truly the best there is! As a former operating room nurse, I am very picky about who does work on me. I did not find what I was looking for in my state. Luckily, with telehealth, I was able to have a consult on line. Dr.Trott's warmth and compassion came through on the telehealth appointment. I had a breast reduction and lift with liposuction. I had wanted a breast reduction since I was 20! I was a 32 DDD and after two children my breast looked like two tube socks with tennis balls hanging down. They were heavy and uncomfortable. Not only did the reduction help with my back and neck pain, but the feeling in my right pinky came back post-op day 1. I hadn't thought my breast size contributed to all the pain and numbness I experienced. Dr. Trott takes her time and made me feel not like just a patient, but a woman who she cares for. I've worked with many surgeons as an OR nurse, and it was refreshing to feel as if she was working on a family member and not just a number. She explained everything to me and really took time to answer the many, many questions I had. Her office staff is amazing and always responded to my emails or calls promptly. The pre and post op care were outstanding. the magic she performed in the OR is incredible. I am so grateful to Dr. Trott, she changed my life. I can wear strapless dresses, I'm able to feel my right pinky, and during my yoga practice I don't have to physically move my breasts out of the way to get into a pose. The only thing I regret is not doing it sooner!
Dr. Trott is truly a highly gifted, intelligent surgeon! Dr. Trott was willing to perform my unique breast reconstruction. She utilized her knowledge, experience and ingenuity to create a plan – that has had amazing results!! I am beyond thrilled with the results and highly recommend Dr. Trott. She and her Assistant, Letty, were extremely available and supportive throughout the whole process. The personal attention and care shown was superior.
Now that I'm 52, my neck skin has begun to sag and I have a double chin. I've lost weight but it didn't help in my neck area and I cringe when having my picture taken. I thought about this procedure for two years before I pulled the trigger. I ask myself "why did I wait so long???" Dr. Suzanne Trott located in Beverly Hills is the absolute best surgeon. She is meticulous and really cares about her patients and their outcomes. I've had 4 different procedures over the past 20 years, and she has done them all. I would never go to anyone else. I highly recommend her.
After my third baby, I spent six months doing physiotherapy to heal my diastasis recti. I was thrilled when the gap closed and I was cleared to do real exercise. I was working out and looking and feeling great- until I wasn't. Sit ups seemed to be getting harder and harder. My lower back ached constantly. Whenever I carried my baby around, I automatically sucked in my core and pelvic floor as tightly as I could so that I wouldn't put my back out or hurt my neck. I was at my previous weight, my stomach was so toned, but when I breathed out I instantly looked five months pregnant. I was thinking about how weird this was when one day as I looked at my stomach mid situp, I saw my ab wall literally in two pieces. I checked the gap again and was devastated to see that it was so much worse than it had ever been. I had worked so hard to keep my body healthy and my back safe, it felt so depressing! My Dr told me my fascia was just too weak to keep my abs together anymore. I'd need to only work out in a corset, and avoid all ab work. If I felt any pain, I should immediately go to the emergency room because I was at high risk for a hernia. I started looking into surgical fixes, realized the abs could be sewn back together, and talked to a few surgeons for very general info on the process. I was so anti surgery- one c section was enough to last me a lifetime- and the first 3 Drs I talked to convinced me that I had been correct in thinking this was not something I wanted to put myself through. I am so SO glad I went for one final consult with Dr Trott. As soon as she started talking I just knew that if I was going to go through this, it was only going to be with her. Where to begin- I could tell she cared about me. I could tell she took pride in her work and actually wants to help. She listened to what I wanted and what I was saying. I had so many questions after reading a million real self reviews and googling things, which she answered honestly with zero bs or angle. At no point did she use the phrase 'Mommy makeover' or tell me how easy it would be to rejuvenate my boobs at the same time (as another Dr did). I know she operates on plenty of men- but I felt like she was a woman's Dr. I felt like she understood, I knew she would care about me in the OR and I knew my recovery would also be her concern. Recovery was intense, she told me it would be. More intense than my c section because the stitches were under my skin all the way up my core, and my diastasis was so deep. I really couldn't do anything at first, which I am not used to and not good at! But at every checkup Dr Trott was meticulous about checking my stitches, drains and swelling. Even though recovery was traumatic, I felt so safe and well cared for that I never once cried or even felt down about it. But then the amazing things started happening!!!! My ribcage felt so tight, I thought it must be sore and kept waiting for it to go back to 'normal'- until I realized THIS WAS HOW IT WAS GOING TO FEEL NOW!! My body felt like it was in one piece again. It has been ten years since i felt this comfortable. 2 weeks after the surgery I stopped taking painkillers and my back just--- stopped hurting. Nothing when I walked- nothing when I bent down and straightened up. The every day movements which used to cause me dull crampy pain felt effortless. I can wear heels again. I still cannot believe the difference. I just wanted to not die of a hernia. I never dreamed that my entire life would be made so much better by this surgery. This is the best thing I have ever done for myself. When I think that I could never have met a Dr I trusted as much as Dr Trott, and just spent the rest of my life in physio/pain/a workout corset, it makes me want to cry. I just know that with any other doctor, the stress and anxiety about doing something so major to myself would have been overwhelming. Simply put, Dr Trott made everything easy. She was always a text away, she cared about me and showed it in her follow up care which exceeded anything anybody I know has ever received from their surgeons. When you can fully trust your surgeon and let go, the entire experience is pretty magical. I feel amazing, my scars look fantastic and I'm only 6 weeks out! I'm forever grateful to her for changing my life, I cannot recommend her highly enough. Updated on 31 Mar 2021: Just wanted to add that my insurance told me it was a covered condition for men. Not for women- because it was an ‘expected’ side effect of pregnancy, which I think is illegal...
Disclaimer: I am a plastic surgery nurse. I work with MANY different surgeons. I could have asked any number of surgeons to do my breasts. I chose Dr Suzanne Trott and I couldn't be happier with my results! I had 650 cc silicone implants put through my armpits 10 years ago. Over the past decade I developed severe capsules (scar tissue) around both implants, making my boobs hard and misshapen. I asked Dr Trott to perform a breast lift while removing my silicone implants and replacing them with slightly smaller saline implants. It was A LOT of work. She discussed with me all the risks involved. After a full day in surgery, I came out with the most BEAUTIFUL breasts I could ever imagine! The size and shape is PERFECT, exactly what I wanted (high nipple, still round and full). The incisions are so tiny and flat that even at 3 weeks I barely notice them. I had MINIMAL pain because she uses a very expensive, long lasting injected pain medication at the end of the surgery called "Exparel" (it's like $400 a vial and makes a HUGE difference in post op pain and discomfort - most docs don't use it because it's so pricey) The part that hurt the most was the lipo she did near my underarms (you know that gross "bra fat"? Yeah, I didn't even think to request this, she just threw it in and said it would make a huge difference. She was right!) I am SO HAPPY I chose Dr Trott! Not only is she an excellent surgeon, but she LISTENS to you and doesn't make you feel stupid or inferior for asking questions. And honestly, even though I know plenty of amazing male plastic surgeons, there's something really lovely about having a female surgeon work on your breasts. Dr Trott feels like a bestie after a few visits (warning, you will want to chat like a long-lost girlfriend with her, visits can get lengthy, plan accordingly LOL) I have definitely recommended Dr Trott to other friends and will go to her again, without hesitation, for any future surgery needs!
postoperative massage including lymphatic drainage is always good to do after liposuction in any area, once you can tolerate it. I do not regularly use drains in liposuction in any area.
It sounds like you have developed a seroma that is now communicating with outside the breast through the wound and you need to see your doctor right away. It doesn't sound like it is infected yet, but if the wound is communicating all the way down to the implant, your doctor has to make a decision about how to treat this. It could require removing and replacing the implant.
As long as your hernia is repaired, it should not affect and SculpSure or even liposuction procedures. The only time there would be a problem would be if you were having a procedure in that area and it wasn't fixed and the surgeon doing the procedure didn't know the anatomy. That's why you want a board-certified plastic surgeon, even better if they are trained in general surgery as well.
First of all, it is totally normal for breasts to heal asymmetrically after implants and have one take longer than the other to "drop" or for them to "even out." In addition, the left breast usually has more projection than the right because the ribcage/chest wall stick out more on that side because the heart is left of the center of the chest. However, I would love to see some preoperative pictures...It looks like the breasts were different sizes before the surgery. Or you might have a congenital chest wall "deformity"--sorry, I hate that word--called a "Pectus Excavatum" or some variation of it so that the right side of your chest is more sunken in compared to the left. This is just a normal variation of the chest wall structure and there is no cause for concern. In your case, if this is what you have, it is just a cosmetic thing that may not have been as apparent without the implants. Regardless, this is something you should address with your surgeon. Hope this was helpful
I have been doing liposuction for fifteen years, and I have used a lot of different systems--lasers, ultrasound, "Aquavage." The safety and efficacy of the technique has more to do with the surgeon who is actually doing the liposuction. First of all, you don't need skin tightening (and there really isn't data to prove that the lasers and ultrasound actually tighten skin more than a traditional liposuction) so there is no need for you to pay extra for any of those devices. My preference is the PAL (power-assisted liposuction) which means it vibrates while the surgeon is suctioning.I prefer this system because the vibration breaks up the fat less traumatically and makes removal of the fat easier and less bloody. That way, I don't have to work too hard to get the fat out--I can concentrate on sculpting and keeping everything even. The most important thing about whatever technology is used is that the surgeon not allow it to get too close to the skin, which can cause irregularities, especially in someone like you with an athletic physique and not too much fat. Two ways to prevent this besides good technique is to use cannulas that don't have suction holes on the side that is against the skin (accelerator tip) and to use what is known as the SAFE (an acronym: Separation, fat Aspiration, and Fat Equalization) technique that is written about and discussed at most meetings of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. I hope this is helpful.
