The entire experience from consultation to operation was great Dr Hodnet during my consultation showed he cared I had went to 3 others prior and they all had me feeling unsure and even had one try to talk be into going bigger saying I would regret it if I didn’t. When I told him this he explained the size they were pushing for wouldn’t be ideal for me and very unnatural. He put me at ease and my boyfriend as well with him being thorough. Updated on 7 Jun 2020: Less swelling feeling good, day 3 post op. I was expecting to be in more pain based on other reviews I have heard but the only weird thing I have is hiccups when the medication Start to wear off. Looking forward to my follow up on Tuesday Updated on 9 Jun 2020: Today i went for my first follow up. I am extremely pleased with the incision and stitches he did. He worked with what he had ( me lol) and really did an amazing job staying true to my anatomy. I never liked when PS tried to make the nipples perfect / exactly the same because it always gave it a weird end look. So glad we went with this periareolar incision no one will be able to tell once healed I had the surgery :) so happy still with his work here’s the before and 4 days PO after bandage removal Updated on 19 Jun 2020: Went to my 2 week post op appointment yesterday everything looks great I have full mobility again in my arms. They taught me to massage. The scabs have all fell off this morning. I bought myself some silicon scar tape to help with the healing process forgot to take a pic of the scar prior to putting on the tape :(. One breast hasn’t fully settled into the pocket however I’m sure it will soon. Updated on 26 Jun 2020: Here for another update I have full range of motion doing lower body at the gym and i feel GREAT already getting so many compliments. I am massage 4x a day for 5 mins total and able to go bra less when needed for certain attire :) Updated on 14 Jul 2020: They have dropped and I love them couldn’t be happier scars slowly disappearing. I posted a photo collage from right before augmentation to right after / 1 week /3week / 5week. Excited to see the difference at the 3 month then 6 month mark. No pain or discomfort feels like I’m back to normal

I had BA and Lipo with Dr. Hodnett on October 8, 2019. I went from a B cup to 345cc which made me a full C or small D depending on bras? I had lipo on my stomach, flanks and bra fat areas. I am one month post op and my results are amazing. I had zero complications and have healed quickly and with minimum scaring. I do have one regret, the regret of not taking the advice of one his the doctors staff and went bigger!!! I wish I would've gone to at least 400cc but I was conservative with my choice due to my job. Now that I've been back to work for a few weeks I know I could've handled 400cc instead of 345cc. So I may be seeing Dr. Hodnett again for a revision to go bigger. Updated on 13 Nov 2019:

I had my first BA on April 6th 2018. I got 470cc silicon implants. I am 22 years old , 5’1 and weigh 125 pounds. I went from a small B to 32 DDD . I paid 5,500 for my first surgery however I wasn’t happy with my size I wanted to go larger . I decided to get 800cc which is the largest silicon implant my dr has to offer . I paid 8000 for this second surgery including lip injections. Dr hodnett is amazing both my surgeries have been successful and a quick recovery . I am 3 days post OP now ! They look so big on my compared to some woman on this site becuz I’m very small from height and waist and they were so perfect but I found myself wearing push up bras to make them stand out so I decide to get the biggest silicon implant my doctor has to offer which is the 800cc silicon implants . Updated on 17 Nov 2018: Today is 4 days post ! I have to admit this second time having surgery was ALOT less painful then my first time . Last time I couldn’t even stand up right after a week . It’s been 4 days and I can already walk around like nothing has happened .anyone one else experienced the same ? Some people say they look amazing others are kinda mean say they are to big but before you open your mouth I asked my doctor to give me this Kylie Jenner look! It was my money my choice . I love my lips this is the look I want . Anyways it’s been a year since my last injection so I wanted to update them and get another fill . Instead of 2 injections I got only 1 since they were till a little plumped from the last injections. I paid for the boobs and lips together so I got a little discount on my lips . Updated on 17 Nov 2018: It’s been 4 days so far , my nipples don’t look as ugly as I imagined they would . I’m recovering much quicker then before and feeling a lot less pain compared to my first surgery. Updated on 18 Nov 2018: It has been 5 days and I am extremely satisfied with how big they look this is the size I wanted from the very start . For now I am satisfied with these girls I’m still young and I haven’t had any children yet . After I have babies I plan on going a tiny bit bigger but for now this is it. I am now on my search for a good doctor and price for butt implants since my doctor only does BBL but not butt implants. Updated on 28 Nov 2018: It’s been 2 weeks and I love them ! I can finally sleep on my side and I no longer have any pain. I feel stronger and getting back to normal everyday. Updated on 29 Jul 2019: My boobs are doing perfect, I just got butt implants and lipo so I’m doing just fine:) sleeping on my tummy with my boobs is very uncomfortable but becuz I’m under medication with narcotics for my surgery I can’t even feel how uncomfortable I am haha. Also I plan on having rhinoplasty next. I’ve done research I found a doctor in Turkey who does Barbie noses. If anyone can recommend a doctor in the US who can make small pointy noses( I don’t want something natural or small change) please let me know that way I don’t need to travel to Europe. I’m 34 years old 5’3 150 weight I have had other plastic surgery perform by a different provider. I went with dr Hodnett because I felt comfortable he was straight forward answer all my question and concerns. I had my surgery 3/26/18 I was nervous hoping I pick the right implants size. At first I decided 450 but after further research I decided to go with 415. I glad I did. I’m extremely swollen and feel they are not huge or little just perfect I can’t wait until the swelling goes down. I will start lipo massage today it hurt because I’m all bruise up in which it’s normal but man I feel like I was run over a train.

I have been thinking about and wanting a tummy tuck and breast lift for years, however, timing and money was always an issue. After medical clearance, I was set for surgery to return my body back to the way it was years ago. The office staff and nurses were also helpful, caring and encouraging. They answered or returned my phone calls and emails promptly and scheduled my appoints around my work. Dr. Hodnett also had no problem allowing me to see him personally and come into the office, more than once, to speak to him directly and ask that "one more" question and address that "one more" concern I had before surgery. I was a little nervous! However, the day before, during and after surgery, I felt well taken care of by Dr. Hodnett and his staff. Three days post the operations, I could already see the positive results. Now I'm in my fourth week of recovery and happier than ever! I still have weeks to go for a full recovery, as all TT do, but know I made the right decision! It was all totally worth it.

28 married, no kids, wanted a shape to my body so I went in for a consultation and asked about a Brazilian butt lift and liposuction. I'm glad I was able to get a free consultation and meet the doctor who was going to do my procedure felt so comfortable and at ease! After my procedure I felt so good on the outcome I had. Now I am able to try on clothing I didn't look so good in, it's been a life changing experience and don't regret it I would recommend Dr.Hodnett to anyone who is thinking of getting any surgical procedure!

I am 4 weeks in post op and am very happy with my results. My boobs are healing very properly and Lipo swelling is going down. I like how do Hodnett sees me every 2 weeks for follow up to make sure I'm healing properly.everyone at South Pacific have been very kind and has had such a professional manner I love the whole team ;)

Well I have been on this site since early 2015 and have read and read and read all of the other members journeys to ease my worries before I finally made the decision on 12/16/15. I had two girls at a really young age and now entering into my 30's I revamped my career and went back to school for a PhD, had lost over 45lbs with great muscle tone in all the right areas except for my breasts and stomach yet felt good with clothes on but never really comfortable with the sagging skin and excessive stretch marks so once 2015 came around I made it my mission to get as much information as I could to make sure that a mommy makeover was the right decision for me. And here were are. I did it. I am now 6 days post op and feel bad about how I have taken for granted my ability to do things on my own, but feeling very supported with all the help I have been getting. I have had some post surgery blues but know that day by day I will continue to recover. I just want it to happen ASAP lol. I say not sure in the beginning prompt because I dont feel like I am comfortable with my results just yet. Maybe once I'm 30+days post op that will change. Updated on 23 Dec 2015: Today I have my 1 week check up and I'm excited to get out of the house!!! My BA has been bothering me aching here and there. I have been doing my massages at least 2xs/a day. ... hope they descend soon as I have come to have a cone shaped or protruded nipple that is not at all aesthetically pleasing :(

I walked into the Encino office thinking what am I doing here. Then you talk to Myria, Sylvia, Patty, Jazmin and all the other girls in the office and the ones on 12th floor in the preop/lab, you feel at home. I love Dr. Hodnett. IWow he is a true artist. I love Dr. D. I am beyond excited for my new self. A self that I never thought I could be. I am 8 weeks post op Hernia repair and Abdominoplasty and 4 months breast reduction. Every single person in the Encino office holds your hand through the process. If you leave a message on a Friday you get a response that evening or whatever time it may be. You text Myria while on vacation or out of the office, she will text or call you back, promptly. This office is on top of every move a patient makes. If you are thinking of having anything done. This is the first place you want to start. The love and caring is just beyond words. The support and compassion given by everyone is so genuine. I just cannot say enough. I am very happy.

My nose was crooked to the left. I had a deviated septum and could not breath through my left nostril. I had unusually large hump at the top of my nose. My nose was also on the larger side. I went in for my consultation a month prior to my procedure. The staff at Gold Med Surgery Center was amazing. The office is very nice. I felt like I was in great hands. Silvia was very helpful and helped me through the entire process. Dr. Hodnett was very upfront with my consultation he didn't sugar coat anything. The day of my procedure my nurse Patty took me in right away. She went over all my paperwork and everything that I needed to know post op. I met with Dr. Hodnett right before and he explained exactly what he was going to do. I did not feel any pain after the surgery. The first week was very uncomfortable. I wasn't able to sleep very well. Your nose does bleed for about a week. The worst I went through was the blood going back down your throat, but they did prescribe me medicine for the nausea. Over all I am extremely pleased with the results of my nose. Dr. Hodnett did a great job. Silvia and my nurse Patty were constantly checking up on me.
