Post-Pregnancy Procedures
A mommy makeover combines a series of procedures to restore and rejuvenate a woman’s body after she has become a mother. Pregnancy, delivery, and breastfeeding can create different concerns for different women, so there’s no exact formula for a mommy makeover. Instead, I’ll tailor the procedures you receive to meet your specific goals. At my Beverly Hills office, popular procedure options include liposuction, tummy tuck (abdominoplasty), breast augmentation and/or breast lift, and labiaplasty. Some patients also opt for a Brazilian butt lift, which creates an hourglass shape. The ideal time to get a mommy makeover is when your body has returned as close to “normal” as possible. During your consultation, we’ll discuss your aesthetic goals and I’ll recommend the surgical plan that will best achieve your desired results.
Breast Surgery
Breast augmentation accentuates both the size and shape of a woman’s breasts. Some patients wish to restore volume lost to pregnancy, nursing, or other physical changes, while others want to increase their natural cup size. During your consultation at my Beverly Hills practice, we’ll work together to determine the appropriate implant size, type of implant, incision location, and whether the implant will be placed above or beneath the chest muscles. We’ll also discuss whether you would benefit from a breast lift, to bring the breasts into a more youthful position. This procedure can be done with or without breast implants. Each patient is different, so the surgical plan must be individualized.
I also welcome patients who are interested in breast reduction. This popular surgery helps reduce discomfort, allows patients to be more active, and can help them feel less self-conscious.

Dr. Firouz opted to specialize in plastic surgery and attended the renowned plastic and reconstructive surgery program at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. There, he mastered complex procedures for facial rejuvenation, surgical body contouring, and breast augmentation, other popular procedures.
