I visited Dr. Ourian for a touch-up before my birthday, and it was a great experience from start to finish. He had done a full face refresh for me two years ago, which I absolutely loved, so I trusted him to work his magic again. Even though I only had my jawline done this time, the results were stunning. His eye for detail is impeccable, and he enhances natural beauty in a way that looks effortless and proportionate. While Dr. Ourian is expensive, he's definitely worth it. I was thrilled to learn they offer generous discounts for touch-ups, though I missed out because I didn't realize it had to be within a year. Note to self: next time, I'll stay on top of it! The entire experience is luxurious. From the moment I walked in, I felt pampered. The valet at the back alley entrance makes things easy, and the office itself is gorgeous. Dr. Ourian even has his own candle and skincare line, with minimalist packaging that reminds me of Tom Ford or Skyn by Kim K. During my consultation, Dione was the sweetest--she patiently helped me refine my goals, and her kindness really stood out. While waiting, I was offered coffee, tea, and the most delicious cookies (seriously, I need to know where they get them!). They also have a great menu with healthy options-- I usually get their Caesar salad, which is fresh and flavorful. Dr. Ourian is incredibly busy, so I always plan to spend a big part of my day there. But once he starts, he works quickly while maintaining his meticulous approach. A fun fact: he's also a sculptor, which speaks volumes about his artistic eye. After my touch-up, I was nervous because of the swelling--it was more than I expected. The staff reassured me this was normal, and they were right. The swelling went down within hours, and by the end of the week, the results were phenomenal. I've never felt more confident! My face looked beautifully sculpted, balanced, and symmetrical--people even complimented how great it looked. Dr. Ourian has set the standard so high that I can't imagine going anywhere else. I couldn't do the full refresh this year due to my budget, but I'm manifesting that I'll be back next year when my business takes off! While I do have other injectors I trust and appreciate, Dr. Ourian's work always stands out. His skill, attention to detail, and ability to enhance natural beauty are unmatched. Even when I try other places, it's hard not to compare their results to his. He consistently sets a high standard, and I'm looking forward to coming back for future treatments.

My in office experience was stellar—I initially requested jawline filler to define My side profile, but Dr. Ourian suggested that I first pursue chin filler to prevent early jowling and strengthen the symmetry of my face. I went with his advice, and I couldn’t be happier! He first took meticulous care to measure my face and make sure that where he placed the filler lifted and strengthened my face rather than elongate it. The topical numbing cream made for a painless experience. They even follow up six months post-appointment to examine the area and refill it so it lasts longer. I am definitely excited to go back for further facial contouring.

I was talking to Dr. Ourian on the recommendation of friends for to make yourself a breast lift. I liked that the clinic is quite clean and comfortable, as well as working polite and friendly staff who are responsible for their work. The operation itself was performed quite efficiently and without complications, so I was completely satisfied with both the result and the attitude of the doctor to the patient.

At first, I was afraid to have a surgery on my face, but in the process of consultations and preparation for the surgery I became confident of the competence of the doctor. Can't even begin to explain my amazing experience with Epione. Dr. Ourian is an amazing doctor that is very knowledgeable with great bedside manner. Hands down the BEST filler doctor in Los Angeles. My raccoon eyes have gotten 80% better after I did filler and laser 2 times. Everyone was friendly and very responsive to my needs, especially Ryane. The office was neat and chic!
