First let me say my results are beautiful. I look in the mirror and love my eyes. I love my face. Yet, I look so natural and like me that no one knows I had surgery. At the time I write this it is 3 months and 3 weeks from my surgery. I think I still have healing ongoing. I'm done pictures I still look like I have bags. Nothing like before. Much smaller. This could be what normal under eyes do or like I said I could still have some healing. Many years ago I had a tummy tuck ( different surgeon, different time) and my results were beautiful but it took a year before I could say I was healed. Every body is different. The reason for my 4 stars is I felt my follow up appointment Dr. Parsa's bedside manner dropped a notch. Before my procedure, the day of my procedure and immediately after my procedure I wanted to praise Dr. Parsa like an angel from heaven. But a week later at my follow up it was like the kid gloves came off and his patience was shorter with me. It seems he caught himself but I left his office wanting to cry but remember you absolutely can't cry after eyelid surgery. And then my video appointment a month later I was hoping to see the original angel Dr. Parsa but instead he behaved rehearsed with me. Not the intentional, personal Dr. Parsa I first met. I found myself afraid I would disappoint him and all further corespondents by text and email I was trying to be positive as if I was trying to get him to genuinely like me again. However, what really matters is results. And I love my face. I get compliments all the time. People tell me how pretty I am all the time now. Before the procedure I was hearing, you look good for your age by people who didn't even know my age. Now, I just hear that I am a beautiful woman. People tell my husband how beautiful his wife is. I haven't heard compliments like this is about 5 years and now I hear them all the time. I would still choose Dr. Parsa because skill is what matters most. I just wish I didn't feel like he is over me now that he got what he wanted. That's just the way the feeling is. I know I didn't really have anything he needed or wanted. It's just when a doctor treats you differently after he operates on you, then there is a layer of shame to convince yourself isn't legitimate.

I truly had a wonderful experience from beginning to end! I followed Dr. Parsa's very informative instagram for 2 years before finally going in for a consultation. I can't believe I didn't go in sooner! He and his team made me feel very comfortable and explained every step of the Trifecta (lower eyelid blepharoplasty). I was mostIy nervous about going under for this procedure but Stephano and CC in the surgical center were the absolute best! They even called me in advance to put me at ease! Dr. Parsa has a conservative approach and is absolutely meticulous. Everything heeled beautifully and I am so grateful! He is the best and thanks to him, I look youthful and rejuvenated naturally!

Dr. Parsa was recommended to me by my dermatologist when I came to her with concerns of under eye bags. I am so thankful that she gave me his information instead of trying to treat me with superficial treatment options that could’ve potentially made my problem areas worse! Dr. Parsa along with his office staff have been so great from start to finish! I decided to get a trifecta lift to treat my under eye area. It’s a scary thing having an operation on your face especially the eye area. But if you’re considering it definitely check Dr.Parsa out! He made me feel calm throughout it all and WOW THE RESULTS! The stitches along my lower lash line were so skillfully placed-just so impressive! Thanks to his surgical skills and awesome post op instructions & care I healed beautifully and I’m only about 6 weeks out! Dr.Parsa has a pleasant and calm demeanor, combine that with his knowledge surgical skills and experience and he is a miracle worker!

Dr. Parsa and his team are nothing short of incredible. In addition to his brilliance and expertise, Dr. Parsa is compassionate, honest, and humble. My journey with Dr. Parsa started in 2022 after another surgeon injected voluma into my tear troughs. As you can imagine, this caused significant complications including swelling, malar edema, and pain. In an attempt to dissolve the filler, I visited several other providers, all of whom insisted the filler was completely gone. After significant research and the help of a consultant, I was able to find Dr. Parsa. At my initial consultation, Dr. Parsa spent 45 minutes thoroughly reviewing my complex medical history, addressing my concerns, and asking questions. He used an ultra sound device to locate the filler (spoiler: the other doctors were wrong - it was still there!) and began dissolving. After several sessions of hylenex, Dr. Parsa performed his signature trifecta procedure. The entire process was seamless and I experienced no pain. I’m 6 weeks post-op and love my results. If you’re considering getting a lower blepharoplasty, look no further. I’m forever grateful for Dr. Parsa and his wonderful staff!

Dr. Parsa is the absolute best! I did a lot of research and decided on Dr. Parsa even though I had to travel from out of state for the procedure. I did the trifecta and couldn't be happier with the results. His technique produces a very natural look and I look like a more rested version of myself. Dr. Parsa is easy to talk to and his office staff is amazing. Everyone is super helpful and made me feel comfortable before and after my procedure. I would recommend Dr. Parsa to anyone interested in blepharoplasty.

Dr. Parsa performed my upper eyelid surgery, and I am extremely grateful to have found him. He is an excellent and highly skilled physician, and his staff is wonderful! Excess skin over my eyelids had caused me to look tired and aged. Dr. Parsa took the time to patiently listen to all my concerns and provided his honest recommendations. I had never done any cosmetic surgery prior to my experience with Dr. Parsa. I can’t begin to explain how happy I am with the results, the pre-care, post-care, attention to detail and the staff at Dr. Parsa’s office were all absolutely incredible. I greatly appreciated that Dr. Parsa didn’t try to talk me into the surgery. Instead he guided me throughout this journey, giving me all the information I needed to make the best decision.
