I had an amazing experience with Dr. Moretz. I came in to do some Liposuction with Radio frequency BodyTite. After two kids my stomach area wasn't as tight as it was before. I workout and eat well, but I had some stubborn fat that wasn't going away. The process was fast and easy and I was out in a couple hours. I was able to go back to work the next day. The results were the best part! The bodyTite really helped tighten and lift up the skin. I would definitely recommend Dr. Moretz for any of your plastic surgery needs. He was great & super knowledgable and gave me results beyond what I was expecting.

I had the pleasure of experiencing the Cellfina treatment, which helps with cellulite on the legs and butt area. After three months, I have to say that I'm super happy with the results. The treatment removed just about all of the dimpling I had on my thighs and I feel more confident in shorts now!

I thought I looked good except that o started to see som aging in my neck area. I also didn't like the fact that I had a slight dent in my cheek area but I didn't know that it was fixable until I talked to Dr. Moretz and he told me that a little bit of micro lipo could even it out. The procedure was relatively painless and the swelling was gone and I was presentable with in a week. It made such a big difference especially with the banding on my neck

I LOVE this Dr! He answers every question, he's patient, he's kind but best of all he is great at what he does and has a great eye! Upon my first visit he noticed that the left side of my face was much fuller than the right. He suggested a laser treatment on the left side to even out my face . ( This was something that had been bothering me that no other dr. noticed nor had a way to address when I mentioned it ) He even called me before the procedure because I had more questions because I was nervous.

Rhinoplasty. He was incredible and succeeded where 2 other doctors failed. Fantastic surgeon that partnered with Vitality Surgical in hickory, nc. He exceeded my expectations by far and called my fears about another surgery.

I am ecstatic and incredibly pleased with my operation. It was performed in Dr. Moretz office. I was awake the whole time and I had only some slight pain that night. The night before the procedure, I was online and I stated to get really worried that I hadn't expressed myself clearly enough, that I didn't know how to phrase what I wanted... Dr. Moretz was so sweet and so calming. We went over the operation before he stated and again when he was marking/creating a blue print on my neck and face. He left nothing to chance. Updated on 29 Oct 2016: Im slightly numb and a little lumpy, the bruising from the injections is diminishing at a rapid rate. I think the after care program I'm on is making the recovery go very well. I'm on supplements (arnica, pineapple and the Meyers IV cocktail), red light therapy (revive led), essential oils (rose oil mixed with grape seed and German blue camomile), micro current roller (Amazon and it looks like a "Y" with two round balls on it) and ace banadages for my chin strap. Also it's so sweet my Dr or his assistant check on me almost every day to see how I'm doing. Updated on 29 Nov 2016: The majority of the swelling is gone and the fat transfers have done an amazing job filling in my face.

Performed in the office on Tuesday 10/25 and the results are nothing short of amazing. Today is Thursday the 10/27/16 and I'm already ecstatic over my results. Dr. McCoy Lee Moretz aka Dr. Mac performed smart lipo on my chin and my jaw line. He also injected my fat into areas in my face to increase the volume I had lost. Updated on 28 Oct 2016: It's only been 4 days and as every day passes my results are surpassing my expectations.

I had my LSL and chin lipo on Nov. 12 in the Beverly Hills office. I could not be happier. I can already see the results which look natural, not overly pulled looking. I didn't find the procedure difficult at all, I think I slept thru most of it. I was treated as if I was paying $20,000 for a facelift. The tech who assisted was absolutly wonderful and caring. There was pain after but nothing vicodin couldn't handle. I've been back at work for a week and was able to work from home the next morning. I had my stitches out yesterday and again no pain and was in and out of there within 30 minutes. They were very patient and happy to answer any questions I had. Its two weeks now, I'm not in pain, no bruising just a little stiff around my neck and jaw. I'd do it again in a second.

In 2015 he did the surgery on me. He promised to do the deep full face lift and I paid for that. But, instead that, was done simple liposuction and tighten skin to the ears. That can be called as Lifestyle Lift/mini lift/quick lift. My face was thin before and need the volume, not liposuction! Now my face became more thin and hollow and disfigured, my ears attached on the face. He did not accept my complaints and about my ears, said, that they on the correct natural positions.
