Procedures I'm known for
Rhinoplasty and Nose Shaping
Nose jobs, specifically rhinoplasty and nose reconstruction, are the primary procedures I perform for my patients in Beverly Hills. Rhinoplasty is an art and science. I combine my artistic eye with measurements made during surgery to give you the proposed result. I deliver a unique nose that suits your face. One of my strengths is that I do not create the same nose over and over again. You never get the same cookie-cutter nose as someone else.
Revision rhinoplasty is a very different procedure. A surgeon must be comfortable reconstructing the entire nose, with cartilage grafts when necessary. I frequently use cadaveric rib cartilage (which saves you an incision and pain) to recreate the natural lines and curves of the nose. Revision patients also have a more complex psychological profile—maybe you have been disappointed, hurt, or even feel guilty about something that was totally out of your control. I can help you regain your confidence.
Fillers and Other Injectables
When it comes to nonsurgical aesthetic treatments such as Botox and dermal fillers, my Beverly Hills practice is at the top of the game. In fact, some patients tell me that I’m the only one allowed to touch their face! Cheek augmentation is one of my most popular nonsurgical procedures. I also perform surgical cheek lifts, which are usually done in about one to two hours, with a recovery time of a little more than a week. They can be combined with dermal fillers, such as Restylane or Juvéderm, to further sculpt the face and add volume.
For patients wanting to treat or prevent frown lines, crow’s feet, neck wrinkles, and other signs of aging, I turn to Botox or Dysport. While results typically last about three months, some patients report the effects lasting up to six months before needing a follow-up treatment. We can also use these to treat other concerns (such as excessive sweating, TMJ or grinding of the teeth) and even sculpt the jawline for a softer, more feminine appearance.

Dr. Nima Shemirani, MD, is a double board-certified facial plastic, head, and neck surgeon. At Eos Rejuvenation, his luxurious Beverly Hills, California practice, Dr. Shemirani specializes in dermal fillers and other injectables, lip enhancement, and rhinoplasty. Dr. Shemirani began his medical career at the Medical College of Wisconsin, where he obtained his medical degree and completed his otolaryngology (ENT) residency. He went on to a fellowship in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery at the Glasgold Group in New Jersey, where he trained with some of the world’s most renowned plastic surgeons. He chose to specialize in facial plastic surgery because it is (in his own words) delicate, elegant, and unique. “A face is like your fingerprint, in that it is unique to you.
