5 out of 5 stars Revision Rhinoplasty
In my opinion, Dr. Frankel is one of the best rhinoplasty/facial cosmetic surgeons in the country. I reached out to his office, when I discovered that my first rhinoplasty procedure had not gone well (a huge understatement). I cried almost every day. I was self-conscious, distraught, and the only thing I could think about was my nose. Not to overstate, but it was a living hell to be so sad...

Truly an artist and a great doctor. So happy I chose him. Not only did he correct all my deformities but gave me a good looking nose. I can also breathe so much better and look better than ever before.
The consult was thorough. He spent a good amount of time examining my nose, pointing out the areas of imbalance and providing a good plan/recommendation for how to improve my nose. I emailed him some questions after the surgery. All of my questions weren't answered and I had to follow up with the office on some images that he said would be sent to me which never came. I did initially have concerns over our email conversation, however, I requested a follow up call which went great and he was able to answer all my final questions then.
I'm doing a revision on my original rhinoplasty from 1987. I hate my nose -- it looks very piggy. I'm also doing my upper lid since I'm going to be in surgery and recovering anyway. Also I have an old scar on my face which has scar tissue attached to it ( so my smile is a bit off) so I'm getting that revised as well. I am absolutely petrified about the nose revision. There's a 50% chance...
I believe Dr Frankel is a skilled dr, but I feel he could have been more considerate with respect to his timing. Canceling a surgery with less than 30 days to go without any sort of notice feels unfair and I feel a bit cheated for being thorough. I was just looking for assurance and clarification on the surgical plan. I am upset about the loss of $2500 for flights which are non refundable. On the contrary of him canceling, this also makes him a good dr because he sensed my anxiety with the surgical plan and my confidence in him.

I had a rhinoplasty and a chin augmentation on September 17th. I was unhappy with both the structure and look of my nose and chin. I asked Dr. Frankel to reduce the bump, lift the tip, and improve my breathing. That is the best part that I can breathe so much better. Dr. Frankel put me at ease from the beginning. Even though the surgery turned to be more complex that anticipated, Dr....

Dr. Frankel performed my rhinoplasty in 2013. My aunt is also a patient, and had a rhinoplasty with Dr. Frankel, as well. Originally, I met with at least three or four other doctors, but Dr. Frankel is so precise and caring. The best part of my results is how natural my nose looks. People can look at my face and thing everything is proportionate. It looks like I was born with this nose...
I have just booked in my revision rhinoplasty surgery with Dr. Frankel and am so excited to hopefully have this be the final surgery in my revision journey. THANK YOU everyone who has posted his or her story and pictures on here. It has led me to Dr. Frankel who truly seems like a master and artist at what he does. I will update you on my own revision journey and will be sharing pictures along...
