5 out of 5 stars Halo Laser

I'd definitely recommend Dr. Aycock.

Terrific! Dr. Aycock and his staff are very knowledgeable and professional . I felt that he gave me a realistic assessment of what can and cannot be achieved with the various cosmetic procedures we discussed. He and his staff are also very friendly and personable. I had a halo laser treatment as well as botox and am quite pleased with the results.

5 out of 5 stars Lower Face Lift

An Amazing Surgeon: An Artist

Dr. Aycock is a true artist. The work he performed on my face/neck was so far beyond what I had even expected. He even fixed the jagged scar on my chin I'd had since my banana bike accident when I was 12 years old. He came highly recommended by my best friend who had found him through another friend. It's only been a little over 2 weeks since my surgery and even with several more months of...

Very bad experience

The doctor and his staff were not responsive to my needs, did not care at all, changed the procedure without informing me, creating a scar and much more that i don't want to go into further details at this time.

5 out of 5 stars Facelift

Four amazing surgeries performed by Dr. Aycock!!

I have had four surgeries performed by Dr. Aycock!!! 1 major facelift 10 years ago which included forehead and neck. It turned out beautifully! Not pulled or fake looking at all. incredible job on my forehead because my eyebrows don't have that startled look! After that I had several laser treatments all with great results. Then I had a mini arm surgery which later I had a major arm surgery...

5 out of 5 stars Lower Face Lift

He's an Artistic Genius!!!

Dr. Aycock performed a lower face lift, neck lift, chin reduction and fat transfer for me only 8 weeks ago and the results were better than I could ever have imagined!!! It looks like he took 20 years off my appearance. I would recommend him wholeheartedly. Lest I forget, the staff in his office is friendly, helpful and efficient. I actually look forward to going in for my follow up appointments.

I had an amazing and beneficial experience

My experience with Dr Aycock and his staff was amazing. Not only did Dr Aycock do a fabulous job with my surgery but his bedside manner was impeccable. He and his staff made me feel so at ease with each step of the process.

I am so glad that this was my final choice, staff and doctor were just perfect - Walnut Creek, CA

The staff is great, the doctor is willing to listen to what you are hoping for with your results and helps you to understand the procedure and what to realistically expect. I interviewed two other plastic surgeons and knew right away this was going to be the best choice. I appreciated he had been in practice for a while and that he was also a certified reconstructive plastic surgeon. This...

Almost 52 Yr Old, 26 Yr Old Ruptured Silicone Implants Scheduled for Capsulectomy and Lift - Walnut Creek, CA

As far back as my early teens, I remember feeling that my breasts were not in proportion to my body. I was a full A, maybe I small B if I pushed it, but I think I only wore A bras. In high school I wore padded bras. I don't remember feeling uncomfortable in swim suits, etc, just started thinking it would be nice if I had more up top to feel proportionate. When I was 26, with two young...

Recovery is a beast but still glad I did it. - Greenbrae, CA

I was referred by a good friend. The whole surgery in general went very smoothly. Timing was excellent, friendly nurses, calls at home to check on me. Many follow up appts just to say, your looking good. The Doc was always there at follow up appts. He made it a point to have a reltionship with me. He spent time talking to my fiance while I was in recovery. he was just really hands on. I didnt really ask about the recovery time because I so excited that it didn't matter. Now realizing its a slow process but well worth it.
