Tyte and Bryte

I had never heard about Sciton Tyte and Bryte until I contacted Dr Lee's office for Coolsculpting coolmini consult. Upon my first phone call to the office to schedule a consultation I was impressed. Impressed with knowledge. Dr Lee gave me a thorough exam to make certain I was a candidate for both procedures. She is honest! No B.S. her office staff is no different. Dr Lee's medical...

Breast Impant Removal W/o a Lift - Lafayette, CA

I have been looking for a doctor for a few years now that will do a breast implant removal without a lift. I had breast augmentation in the nineties when I was in my 30’s. I was disappointed with the result as the implants were too large for my size, it hardened and was painful at times. I am now 54 years with two kids. I decided to have it redone in 1998, a few years later. My primary...

37 Years Old, Professional in the Aesthetic Industry - Lafayette, CA

Dr. Lee will sit down with you and make sure you know everything you need to know about your procedure. Her bedside manner is the best I've ever come across. She actually is very approachable and personable and makes sure to check in with you the next day and offers for you to call in at any point with any questions or concerns. My favorite is she knows I get nervous every time I go in and makes sure I am comfortable and practically holds my hand, even though it's smooth and painless every time!! It's a rarity to find a physician that makes so much time for her patients and chooses the correct product that will give your desired result. She is the BEST!!!

5 out of 5 stars Facelift

Restored but Won't Tell. Berkeley, CA

Restored but Won't Tell (About My Facelift) The best kept secret of the San Francisco East Bay is plastic surgeon Elizabeth S. Lee, MD whose offices are in Berkeley and Lafayette: Dr. Lee performed my face-lift. The results are remarkable; it’s as if the clock has been turned back 20 years. Rather than calling it a "face-lift," I prefer to call it a "restoration." My face has been restored to how I perceive myself to be and how I want to project myself to the world: refreshed and vibrant, but still very much me. Though the result is significant, it's also very natural, neither pulled nor distorted. Even my typically observant friends and siblings haven’t guessed that my fresh look is due to surgical intervention. And, frankly, I'm not about to tell them otherwise. Like so many of Dr. Lee's clientele—including the uber-earthy Berkeley crowd—I prefer to keep my procedure under wraps. Call me vain, secretive, private, discrete, or all of the above, but wild horses won’t get me to loudly proclaim, "Yes, I've had plastic surgery, and I'm proud of it!" Sorry, this will never happen. Patients like me who’ve had great results but who won't fess up make it very hard for people who diligently want to find a truly skilled and artful plastic surgeon. So, if you happen to be doing your due diligence, I suggest you read and re-read this review very carefully, because it’s literally the ONE-AND-ONLY LOWDOWN you're going to get from me. And since so many of Dr. Elizabeth S. Lee’s clients are like me, restored but reticent, she may very well remain the East Bay's best kept secret.

5 out of 5 stars Tummy Tuck

Tummy Tuck - Berkeley, CA

I initially visited Dr. Lee to discuss my very raised and bumpy c-section scar but, took the opportunity to talk about a possible tummy tuck as well. She was so easy, approachable and informative. She explained my options and at no time did I feel like she was pushing me in any direction. After researching other plastic surgeons in the area, I decided to have the tummy tuck and to go with Dr. Lee. Not only was there an overwhelming amount of positive feedback posted about her at various sites but, she was also incredibly personable, communicative and a good listener. The surgery went very well and recovery was just as she explained, not fun but no complications. She has worked continuously with me to ensure that my new scar does not grow like my old one. I would absolutely go back to Dr. Lee if I needed other procedures in the future.

Breast Implant Removal--Best Decision Ever! - Berkeley, CA

Dr. Elizabeth Lee was the only doctor I interviewed who "got it" that I didn't want implants. Three other doctors tried to convince me that I would be better off with smaller implants or to do explant with a lift or smaller implants plus a lift. Dr. Lee spent an entire hour with me discussing options and truly getting a picture of what would work for me. Together we opted to go for explant only and reassess the possibility of a lift after 6 months. Dr. Lee explained the miraculous way that the skin will adapt post-removal of implant.

62 Year Old Who Did Not Recognize Herself in the Mirror - Berkeley, CA

This was an experience in and of itself. An Italian and a Jewish woman from New York, the chemistry was good. But was she a good surgeon? Well, I love the outcome and I must say she went beyond the "extra mile". I was stupid enough to get on an airplane and head to Tucson in June but it was necessary. I also helped a friend with an important project which I should have never done. Needless to say I ended up with a very serious infection behind both ears. Dr. Lee had just had urgent surgery herself and was at home healing but we kept in touch daily. I texted photos and she was there if I needed to talk. She also came back to her office a few days early to see my progress in person. She had me return every week until she was comfortable I was healing properly. Then, in order to minimize the scarring from the infection, she provided treatments that, with time, faded the scars. I didn't ask if there would be additional fees but I never received another bill. My goal was not to look 10 years younger but to look good, in my eyes. Only those close to me with whom I shared this experience know I had surgery. At my reunion I saw a number of women who "had a facelift"-you can just tell. Those friends who knew said they would never have know had surgery had I not told them. It had been 10 years since I saw many of them and they said I had not changed a bit. That was my goal and Dr. Lee helped me achieve it.

Absolutely Perfect Breasts - Berkeley, CA

I had been thinking about breast augmentation for over twenty years. But the idea of doing something un-natural to my body kept me at bay for all these years. Finally, after two kids, years of breastfeeding and a sudden loss of weight, my breast has reached a point that I was no longer comfortable with. Still very anxious about the whole idea and the surgery, I decided to go ahead with the...

5 out of 5 stars Laser Peel

Knowledgeable and Friendly Physician, Efficient Office, Great Result - Berkeley, CA

My experience at this office was great. I live in San Francisco and this office is in Berkeley...but Dr. Lee was recommended by a friend and she was offering a laser peel special, so I thought I would give it a shot. Well worth the drive (even in traffic). This office is busy, but they process you quickly and competently from your intake paperwork to your follow-up call. I appreciate this. My consult was somewhat quick but I left informed and I was offered plenty of opportunities to ask questions and could have had more time with Dr. Lee if I needed it (In case the brief consult sounds like a negative, I should probably add I'm a nurse and not new to laser treatments so we didn't need to reinvent the whole wheel on this treatment). As far as the actual Laser peel goes, the experience was also very good and the result was much better than I anticipated. I'm very happy with my experience at this office and will recommend this treatment to friends.
