Ich hatte meine FFS (facial feminization surgery) bei der 2pass Clinic am 24.02.2022 gehabt und bin jetzt 5 Wochen Post OP. Vorab gesagt, bin ich sehr glücklich über das Ergebnis und werde überall direkt als Frau wahrgenommen.

Der Check-In lief problemlos ab, bei der Ankunft wurden wir (ich wurde da von meinen Freunden hingefahren) von dem sehr freundlichen Personal herzlichst begrüßt, beim Gästehaus haben wir Petra kennengelernt, die die Mädels 24/7 betreut und einfach nur ein Goldschatz ist. Das Zimmer hatte ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche und war top ausgestattet. Es war sehr interessant die anderen Patienten kennenzulernen und nach meinem Check-Out hatte ich sogar Heimweh.

Bei der Konsultation wurde ich über die Prozeduren aufgeklärt, welche Einschnitte wo gemacht werden und wie sich der Heilungsverlauf gestalten wird.
An mir wurden folgende Operationen durchgeführt:

- Stirnrekonstruierung Typ 3 mit Orbitalrandrasur, Augenbrauen-Lifting und einer Haaransatzverjüngung
- Rhinoplastik
- Lippenstraffung
- Lipofilling Wangen und Schläfen
- Kieferwinkel-Reduzierung und Kinnrekontruierung

Danach händigte mir der Arzt meine postoperativen Medikamente aus und erklärte mir wie ich sie einzunehmen habe.

Am Tag der OP wurde ich von den Krankenschwestern abgeholt, in den OP Saal gebracht wo ich vom lieben Doktor und dem Anästhetiker begrüßt worden bin, nachdem mir dann das Betäubungsmittel verabreicht worden ist, war ich 5 Sekunden später für einen Augenblick weg und im Nächsten bin ich wieder aufgewacht. Die OP dauerte ca. 5,5 Stunden und nach 10 Stunden bin ich dann aufgewacht und wurde von meinen Freunden begrüßt. Anschließend bin ich auf mein Zimmer gebracht worden.

Schmerztechnisch habe ich wenig mitbekommen, (bin selber eher resistent gegen Schmerzen) ich würde sagen ne 4 von 10 Punkten. Abendessen war bei mir Suppe aus der Schnabeltasse trinken und die ersten Tage konnte ich nichts essen was größer als eine Erbse war, kauen konnte ich zwar langsam, dennoch war es möglich. Eis gab es auch zum Nachtisch.
Alles in allem war das Essen dort sehr lecker und es gab unterschiedliche Menüs, aus denen man wählen konnte. Ich musste jeden Tag duschen gehen, was auch kein Problem war.
Die Schwellungen sind im Augenbereich die ersten Tage groß gewesen.
Die nächsten Tage bin ich dann für eine halbe Stunde zweimal täglich spazieren gegangen (natürlich mit Sonnenbrille und Beanie) und hab einfach die tolle Zeit mit den Leuten dort genossen. Meine Switch hatte ich zwar auch mit, konnte mich aber zum zocken nicht aufraffen und hab stattdessen lieber Serien und Filme geschaut.

Mein Krankenhausaufenthalt war 7 Tage lang und kurz vor meinem Check-Out wurden mir noch die Nähte am Haaransatz und an der Nase gezogen, auch alles gut verkraftbar. Ich hab dann noch von Mutti und dem Personal verabschiedet und dann ging es auch schon nach Hause.

Insgesamt war ich alleine von dem Erlebnis sehr begeistert, von der Planung, dem Skype Gespräch mit dem Doktor, dem 3-Monate bis zum Termin warten, dem Personal, den anderen Patienten und dem Essen.

Kommen wir zu den Ergebnissen, also trotz meiner Bekanntgabe über Instagramm (sla_ni_a) und der Tatsache, dass ich es jedem erzählt habe den ich kenne. Niemand hat mich von Außen wiedererkannt, auf der Arbeit dachten die sich nur, wer ist denn die^^ Freunde und Bekannte waren genauso über das Ergebnis erstaunt. Nicht, dass ich vorher Angst hatte mich zu zeigen, aber die Leute sich mich und denken sofort, es ist ne Frau.
Es hätte in meinen Augen nicht besser laufen können und ich kann die 2pass Clinic nur weiterempfehlen ????????????

Dr Bart and the whole of the 2pass clinic were incredibly professional, caring and kind. Dr. Bart was always willing to answer any questions that I had, and was there to reassure me when I needed it.
I am now 2 weeks post-op and I couldn't be happier with my results. The work that he has done has surpassed my expectations! I am so happy with my results, and surprised at how quickly I have healed.

It has been 1 year since my ffs surgery with Dr. Bart van de Ven and I’m very please with the results. My experience with Dr. has been positive. 4 months after my surgery I went for my revision appointment, we spoke about my right eyebrow that needed to be a bit higher, so I made a new appointment for a revision surgery on my eyebrow. After that I felt really happy with all my results. My stay in the guest house was really nice. All the stuff there’s is really friendly and caring. I’m really happy how everting turned out.

I’ve had a really positive experience during my forehead advancement/hairline lowering operation. Dr van de Ven is a kind and very competent doctor who knows what he stands for. He gave me good advice regardless of the operation costs and the salary he can make (he advised no tissue expander in my situation, although I originally wanted to; I definitely agree with him after explanation). I faced the operation with trust. The pain after the operation was a bit more than expected, but the medication was sufficient and it disappeared pretty fast. I had an infection a few weeks after the operation, which was very bad luck (it was too late to have something to do with an infection during the operation). Within an hour after sending an email I received a treatment plan. The infection was cured soon afterwards, and it left no additional scars. I only have one minor complaint. Dr van de Ven knew I was going to sleep in a separate hotel after the operation. He did not interfere. However after the operation the anesthesiologist did disagree which meant I needed to arrange another sleeping option pretty fast whilst being drowsy from the anaesthetics. However in conclusion I am very positive and would recommend this operation to everyone who is serious about it. Good luck deciding!

In march 2021 I had facial feminization surgery at 2pass Clinic. The surgery was performed by Dr. Bart van de Ven and during the surgery he was assisted by an anesthetist and two nurses. I am super satisfied with the results and the surgery changed my life in a very positive way.

The moment I decided to transition, I knew I wanted to have facial surgery. I went through puberty without taking estrogen or testosterone blockers and it left my face with some pretty masculine features. My jaw and brow bone especially made my face appear masculine. I tried embracing myself without undergoing surgery for a while, but I kept feeling stuck and not feeling authentic. Heavy make-up and laser hair removal simply cannot erase bone structure. Also, I really wanted to feel comfortable with my non makeup face too. I wanted my plain face to resemble me the way I feel, so I can look feminine doing groceries on a lazy sunday when I just got out of bed.

From early on the results from Dr. Bart looked astonishing to me. On the internet lots of photo- and video content can be found showing his results. At times it almost looked too good to be true. I therefore decided to plan a consultation and I got in contact with people who already had their surgery done at 2pass Clinic. Dr. Bart comes across as someone who really loves his job and takes the whole matter of helping his clients super seriously. He is straightforward and honest in his approach and not the type of doctor trying to sell you anything. Of course surgery costs money, but his efforts are solely focused on feminizing your face.

Because of his experience, I decided to not have any specific wishes and go with his judgement. After the consultation I received edited photos, giving an impression of what he thought the surgery could do for me. He suggested improving my hairline, brow bone reduction and brow lift, rhinoplasty and jaw and chin reduction/reshaping. A liplift was an extra optional procedure for me, but I eventually decided to go without this procedure. I gave myself some time to evaluate and after a couple of weeks I planned the surgery.

After the surgery I stayed in the clinic’s guesthouse for a week. The 2pass Clinic staff really helped and supported me during my stay and made the whole experience a lot easier. During my stay I met with other patients too, so I never had to feel alone or unattended.

The first days of recovery were pretty tough, but after three days my recovery started to accelerate. After a week I turned back home with a bruised face slightly colored in blue and yellow.

Life goes on and so I went grocery shopping the next day. Everywhere I was referred to as a woman. I still had a lot of “unswelling” to do, but apparently the people I met had no doubts about my appearance. The swelling slowly disappeared in the weeks after and I regained strength. I tried to resume normal life as quickly as possible, but I did take a break from work for a couple of weeks. I am glad I did, because at times I felt pretty tired. Also, I wanted to keep the stitches in my hairline clean and I was afraid at work the wound might get infected.

Eventually an infection did occur just above my right eye underneath my skin. I got in touch with Dr. Bart about this and during the consultation he suggested a followup surgery. During the followup surgery he also made a small correction to my nose and my jaw. I only had to pay for my stay, but the surgery itself involved no additional costs.

Last month I had my final checkup and so I decided to write this review about my experience. I purposely wanted to wait with this effort until I was fully recovered. The surgery made my life a whole lot easier and it immensely decreased my gender dysphoria. In the last months I really had to get used to my reflection, because I was so used to it looking masculine. I guess it took my brain some time to adjust to my reshaped face, but it is simply enjoyable to be happily surprised every time I see it feminine looking. My face still looks like me, just the female version of it. A friend of mine said I look like a sister of my “pre-surgery appearance”. I feel more confident now and I stopped bothering about my appearance so much. I feel like I just don't have to anymore. Sure, I still have “above the female average” sized feet and hands etc, but I have come to a point in my transition where I am moving on with life. The facial feminization surgery performed by Dr. Bart and his team helped me in getting to this point. So, I took my time to write this review carefully and I hope 2pass Clinic will be able to help more people struggling with their facial appearance in the future.

He is very empathetic and takes his time if you have any questions, problems or concerns. He can give you valuable advice on the procedures you will profit from and would never suggest anything unnecessary. Had my foreheadreduction + a little bit of shaving in april 2021. Had a great experience at 02 Clinic located at Antwerp. Dr. Van de Ven and his team was incredible and so sweet. Felt really like home.

Ich war jetzt schon das dritte mal innerhalb von sieben Jahren bei Doktor Bart und ich bin auch diesmal sehr zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis. Meine Stirn ist jetzt schön feminin. Die neue Haarlinie ist ok, aber nicht perfekt. Geheimratsecken sind immer noch sichtbar und auf der rechten Seite ist die Haarlinie sehr zackig geworden. Um dort ein perfektes Ergebnis zu erzielen muss ich noch eine Haartransplantation vornehmen

Meine FFS bei Dr.Bart war die beste Entscheidung meines Lebens. Keine skeptischen Blicke mehr, man wird völlig anders wahrgenommen, eben als Frau und nicht als Transfrau. Meine Gesichtszüge und Charakteristika sind gleichgeblieben, nur eben in weiblich. Es sieht natürlich und nicht operiert aus.
Dr. Bart ist sehr professionell mit mir umgegangen, gleichzeitig auch sehr menschlich. Er hat einen guten Blick für die Dinge, die sinnvoll veränderbar sind und rät auch von Eingriffen ab, die unnötig oder zu keinem besseren Ergebnis führen würden. Ich hatte immer das Gefühl, dass mein Anliegen im Vordergrund steht und nicht das Geld.
Im Gästehaus hat mir Stationsmutti Petra nach der OP sehr geholfen und mich liebevoll umsorgt. Die anderen Patientinnen waren alle sehr nett und man hatte wirklich gute Gespräche. Auch das Team im OP (Sabine <3) sowie die Nachtschwester waren total lieb. Alles war tip top sauber und jeden Tag wurde von sehr freundlichem Personal gereinigt.

Zum Schluß noch ein Punkt, der mir sehr wichtig ist. Im Vorfeld meiner OP habe ich viele Rezensionen und Testemonials angeschaut und war tatsächlich etwas verunsichert, weil einige wenige Personen Dr Bart als fürchterlichen Pfuscher betitelt hatten. Bitte beachtet das nicht, das ist echt Blödsinn. Ich bin dort vielen Patientinnen und ehemaligen Patientinnen begegnet, und alle waren sehr zufrieden mit ihm. Die Ergebnisse sprechen für sich, da wird nichts geschönt oder gemogelt. Sollte Jemand nicht 100% zufrieden sein ist Dr.Bart immer für ein Gespräch da und bessert ggf. honorarlos nach.
Ich bin froh, Teil dieser kleinen Gemeinschaft von 2passclinic zu sein und werde immer mit Dank daran zurück denken.
