I was eight letters of the alphabet in cup size and miserable. Looked into surgery in my 20s (DDs) and was told to wait until I had kids. Looked into again in my 30s (F) but we’d just got a mortgage and the strong arm sell tactics of the surgeon put me off. My angel husband made it third time lucky. Weeks of researching and I found Dr. D. Looking through his before and after gallery gave me hope I hadn’t dared to feel. No matter the size, shape, age of the patient, every outcome was beautiful. Consistently beautiful. Dr. D was the ONLY surgeon I found that has what I can only describe as a signature technique. Like a designer. An artist. His advice was straight forward, honest, fully transparent about what to expect. Every step of the surgery and recovery went exactly as he said it would. When he said it would. A little over 4 months since surgery and my life is so changed. Happy, confident, exercising and looking forward to summer for the first time in decades. The only surprise was actually needing to reset my centre of gravity! There are not enough words to describe the difference Dr D and his incredible surgical skill and technique have made to my life.

Thanks to Dr Drielsma i feel so much better and my confidence has grow so much. I love my new boobs. If your thinking about getting a breast reduction go for it but make sure you do it with Dr D cause he is the best.

My partner was completely against me having breast surgery but after breastfeeding three children I felt it was time. My partner did a tonne of research and when he found Dr Drielsma he was sold on the idea. Looking through Dr Drielsma's website gallery photos it was difficult to believe that he achieved the results without implants. His amazingly consistent, round and perky, natural looking results gave me the confidence I needed to proceed. Dr Drielsma was very calm, knowledgeable, caring and helpful. The surgery went ahead with the minimum of fuss and the results were even better than expected. Pain, discomfort, bruising and scaring has been minimal. Dr Drielsma mastery of the lollipop technique left minimal scaring for what was a radical change to my boobs. As there is no horizontal scar underneath the breast, the shape of the breast will always look natural, as opposed to the squarish look that the anchor incision leaves. What is also amazing is the upper projection that Dr Drielsma achieved. I'm 52 and my boobs are perkier than when I was 20. I could not recommend Dr Drielsma highly enough and now agree with my partner that you would be crazy to consider anybody else. He is an extraordinarily talented surgeon.

I had a breast reduction with Dr Drielsma at the end of July and am so impressed with the results. My recovery was easy with no pain at all. Using the recommended gel strips has reduced my scarring considerably.

After having a botched great augmentation in 2014, I searched for a suitable surgeon to help fix the issues. It took quite a while to find someone as I was so hesitant to getting surgery done free the first surgery turned out so bad. Dr Drielsma made me feel comfortable from the first appointment and it really appealed to me how he didn't come across as a salesman trying to sell their goods as a lot of surgeons seemed (I noticed after going to a few different consultations before going to my consultation with Dr Drielsma) to be doing. He is not pushy at all and speaking with him you can see he has a lot of knowledge. Long story short, I ended up having my implants removed and a breast lift completed. The results are perfect! I never thought I'd be so happy with how my breasts look, and I am thrilled! Dr Drielsma and the girls in his Bondi office made the process so effortless, they all assisted me whenever I needed reassurance or if I needed anything else. Fast forward 9 months and although I've gained about 5kgs, my breasts still look perfect! If anything, they've gotten slightly bigger but have maintained their perky shape. Couldn't be happier with the results! I was so scared to have a lift as I disliked how most surgeons created boxy looking breasts when doing lifts, but mine is not boxy and my breasts are so natural looking.

I found Dr Drielsma after being diagnosed with skin cancer. Dr Drielsma explained everything in detail, organised the team and hospital in sydney as I live in regional NSW. Dr Drielsma's skill as a surgeon has given me a skin graft I am proud of. I am using Dr Drielsma for my new skin cancer.

Dr Robert Drielsma is a very professional, extremely skilful and a caring plastic surgeon. My experience with him was a positive one with wonderful results. His staff are very friendly and informative and always available to answer my questions. My hospital experience during the overnight stay was comfortable, and first class. I highly recommend Dr Drielsma as the whole process was A1 from start to finish and I have better results than I dreamed possible. Thank-you.

Cant fault Dr Drielsma in any way. He did not rush my initial appointment and I had a million questions. He was by no means the cheapest but honestly with a major surgery like this you want the best. He explained everything in detail, took the time to plan and discuss exactly where scars would be placed. He also has pain buster bags/tubes attached to you which stay in for a few days post op and that makes all the difference. I was hunched over after surgery which is to be expected with full tummy tuck, muscle tightening. The pain buster bags stopped any pain from the actual scar sites. I felt really good even a few weeks after surgery but didnt do proper housework, mind grandson ( I'm 56) or lift anything heavy for a month. am now 2 months post op, back at gym doing most things, feel fine and amazed at how fine my scars are, placed exactly as planned and loooove my new flat stomach. Not alot of the fat injected to my butt stayed but I definitely have a perkier bottom, vastly improved silhouette (hip humps gone) and couldnt be happier. I saw another surgeon before Dr Drielsma who talked a million miles an hour, rushed me through my initial appointment and although his quote turned out to be much cheaper I have no regrets choosing Dr Drielsma. His results speak for themselves, his level of care both before, during and after the surgery has been fantastic Cant recommend him highly enough.
