I attended Dr Hassal’s rooms due to a large cyst growth on my head (under my hair). It had quite suddenly increased in size. Dr Hassal was excellent in explaining to me what it likely was and how it would be removed. I had it removed in her rooms and she made sure I was fine throughout the procedure with her lovely nurse and other staff also assisting and checking I was fine. I expected to be left with a large patch of missing hair but you would not have know I had lost such a huge cyst. Her work was excellent as is her manner.

I cannot speak highly enough about Dr Hassall. I had a bilateral mastectomy with a straight to implant re-construction in 2015. From the moment I met Megan I felt that she understood what I wanted and she listened to all my concerns. My surgery itself went off without a hitch, and my recovery was much easier than I expected. Last year I had my nipples reconstructed and again, a brilliant result. She is thorough, attentive and incredibly good at what she does. Would recommend her to anyone.

7 years ago I had a reconstruction due to breast cancer. it was a difficult time of my life and Dr Hassall was kind, empathetic and supportive. Her attention to detail was incredible and, 7 years on, I have had no problems with my implants. I am delighted with my reconstruction and even my GP expressed surprise at how good the result is. Dr Hassall is in great demand, and is incredibly well regarded by colleagues and patients alike. There are hundreds of women who have experienced breast cancer and speak very highly of her. I can't believe the negative reports I read on this site. I can only assume that those patients have unrealistic expectations of surgery in general. Dr Hassall has the highest of standards and I count myself lucky that I was able to have her as my surgeon.
