After weeks of research and viewing before and after images from many plastic surgeons it was evident that Dr Barnouti really knows his stuff through years of training and experience. I could not be happier with the abdominoplasty he performed on me. Dr Barnouti was totally honest in his initial consultation with what he thought I did and did not need. There was no pressure and it was obvious he is not money driven. Dr Barnouti is extremely knowledgeable and explained the whole procedure and at all times very professional, caring and friendly. I would highly recommend Dr Barnouti to anyone, the guy is a legend.

I am 30F with no children (and no plan to) Before booking my appointment I had tried everything to improve the strength of my pelvic floor and to address my 'looseness' (wow it feels so taboo to even say) I have tried the laser approach, all different toys and gels and a billion kegels....it did absolutely nothing. It was time, I had to book a surgery or live like this forever. I researched and googled differeny surgeons for months and decided to go with Dr Barnouti. He is a very interesting man, a thick accent (not sure where from) but completely genuine and cut to the chase. I felt SO comfortable and confident in the consultation. There was no doubt that I would be choosing him for my surgery. My main fear was going under anaesthesia (I've never been under) and also the potential pain afterward (which I had read in a lot of others' stories on realself). Surgery day: I was so super scared and nervous that I was having panic attacks and crying (thats just me) The anaesthetist was so lovely and brilliant and didn't draw things out, she put me up without dragging it on, in a nice sort of 'cut the crap lets do this' kind of way. I woke up feeling amazing. Like I had the most relaxing sleep ever! I LOVE anaesthesia now! The entire hospital experience was so good! I was taken care of perfectly. I felt no pain. I had the surgery around 1pm, went home around 6pm and kept pain meds up as a preventative measure. That night I felt mild discomfort but was perfectly fine urinating and sleeping etc. I mean I had surgery on my downstairs, there's gonna be pain. I have a terrible pain threshold and was perfectly able to handle it. Its mild. For the following 2 days I took paid medication (codeine) and then after that I just had panadol every now and again. It was SO much easier than I anticipated. 3 weeks post op now, not in any discomfort at all. Can't wait for my 6week check up and also to test her out when I get the go ahead! Urination wasn't painful. Tips: take a stool softener for a few days following surgery so that you don't have to strain. Dont forget about the surgery site in the middle of the night and accidentally WIPE instead of DAB after urination. Lean all the way forward when you pee, hands down on the ground almost so that your pee goes forward (my mummy friends gave me this tip) If anyone has concerns or questions just ask me. I was super scared to get this done but it wasn't anywhere near as bad as I expected. It was a good experience

Dr barnouti is just an amazing dr . Extremely caring and only does what is necessary. I had complications and he fixed it right away! Healing process is smooth thanks to him :) great job thank you dr barnouti

This dr is a magician had my breast reduction 2 years ago and tummy tuck 14 months ago and I’m over the moon with the results can trust dr barnouti with my life and please people don’t believe those NEGATIVE comments, he’s a very humble human been kind and generous he truely is magician

Very good communications, surgery and follow up. I would recommend him to my family members. Had man boobs surgery and liposuction. Natural outcome and no visible scar. Staff are nice including the nurse. Everything was provided with surgery such as garments and follow up appointments.

Dr Barnouti you’re truly amazing at what you do and also as a person I am so happy with my amazing results and it’s only 11 days post op and all I have to say is a big WOW no more pain and thank you again
