I recently had a labiaplasty by Dr Linsell. Not only am I absolutely over the moon about the results, but during the whole process, his team were amazing. I have high anxiety, throughout the process he was very calm and understanding. He has incredible bedside manner. He answered my million questions without hesitation or judgement. Reassurance afterwards that I was able to contact him any time with any concerns. His team is very quick to respond through email and calling back if there was a missed call. I never once felt pressured to book the procedure. I am 100% happy. I had my procedure performed in Rockhampton, and I would happily recommended Dr Linsell for women considering the procedure.

Seriously the most amazing experience of my life. I was nervous even heading into this due to having a past situation making it difficult for me to be able to show any part of my body let alone my breasts. But Dr Linsell explained everything from start to finish before even doing it, he created a safe space that I could work with and I didn't feel nervous or afraid from the consultation on wards. Heck even laying there just about to go into surgery and I was more excited than anything and he even held my hand whilst I went under like he originally promised he would do at our first consultation. He is a professional who is amazing at what he does and his receptionist is just as amazing with assisting with the after care and ensuring that I had all of my basic needs. Would do this all over again if I was given the chance to, not that I need to because I am super happy with the result.

Dr Linsell is very caring, genuine, kind and an amazing surgeon. Due to my young age I was very worried about the procedure, but him and his staff have been most supportive and caring, and made me feel very comfortable throughout my whole journey.

Such an amazing experience from start to finish. I felt so comfortable that I was going to get the result I was after. He was there and on call every step even just before surgery. The aftercare was awesome. I had a tummy tuck and breast reduction/lift.

At the end of 2018, I finally built up the courage to seek advice from Dr Linsell. I researched long and hard to find a surgeon who was knowledgeable, skilful, had plenty of experience and genuinely cared about my feelings. Dr Linsell was everything and more. He listened. He asked all the right questions. He gave me his honest opinion and he made me feel like I mattered. He assured me he could give me the result I wanted and I trusted him 100%. My mummy makeover consisted of fat transfer to my breasts and a tummy tuck. I had fat taken from my thighs and abdomen and injected into my breasts. I wanted a bit more shape, without implants and not at all seeking perfection. My tummy tuck was the part that would change my life forever! Once upon a time I used to be very athletic... fast forward to 3 children later and the post pregnancy look was far from what I desired. Dr Linsell has helped me gain back my confidence and I have learnt to love the new, slightly modified version, of me! I am a much more confident person, who no longer cringes at the thought of exposing my mum tum. Instead, I embrace all of who I am and enjoy wearing bikinis in public. The procedure has exceeded my expectations and every day it just gets better. Throughout the entire procedure from consultation to the many post operative check ups, Dr Linsell has always taken the time to be empathetic, caring and really listen to my thoughts and feelings. It’s hard to really put into words how wonderful my life is, thanks to Dr Linsell and his amazing skills. #forevergrateful

I consulted with Malcolm in relation to concerns in regards to some surgery that had been performed by another surgeon that I am extremely disappointed with the outcome of. Malcolm made me feel like the botched job I had done can be fixed and I can again regain confidence in my appearance. Thank you Malcolm for your amazing professionalism and bedside manner. Dr Malcolm went out of his way to make sure I understood the procedure I was having done. I had been considering this procedure for many years but consults with previous Doctors had left me feeling unsure and hesitant to go ahead. After my consultation with Dr Malcolm and his team, I felt safe, reassured and ready to take the next step to a happier me. I wish I had seen him earlier!

I had been looking into this procedure for a very long time. After having two beautiful babies of my own I felt very uncomfortable and embarrassed of my saggy breasts. I had done a lot of research and stumbled upon my Surgeon, Dr Linsell. As soon as I walked in I felt so comfortable and safe. He asked all about what I wanted and then gave me his suggestions on what would work best with my body. Surgery day I was SO nervous but he literally held my hand until I fell asleep. Everything went so smoothly and I couldn’t be happier. I really loved that he emphasised that I could call/text/send photos to him at anytime of day or night. Follow up appointments were important to him as well which was great. I had 450CC with a lift so I started around 12C and now am at 12E in bra size.

Dr Linsell and his staff were excellent. They fully communicated throughout the whole process; their manner could not be faulted; nothing was too difficult for them; and the end result is amazing. I also appreciated that the East Sydney Private Hospital was a boutique hospital so that added to the level of care received. I would highly recommend Dr Linsell & his team.

I did quite a bit of research to find a great surgeon and I truely believe that I found one of the best in the biz, the customer service was 10/10 and Malcom’s care was highly professional and he even gives you his mobile number which is unheard of in this industry. Couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend 5 stars
