Dr Burt did not disappoint one bit! Had a consultation with Dr Burt regarding asymmetry of my upper eye lids and how unhappy I've been with them for years. I'm of an asian decent and choosing a doctor that specialises and understands the needs of asian features was paramount to my decision making process. Wearing makeup especially winged eyeliner was a pain point for me as I had to adjust the thickness of the stroke for each eye. Dr Burt really understood my needs, extremely professional and most importantly very natural. He is amazing at what he does. Recovery was a breeze (took 2 weeks for puffiness to go down about 6 weeks to really heal). No one noticed I had any surgery at all - NOT even my mum! (hahaha) the scar line is so neat and with precision that EVEN I forgot I had blepharoplasty! Could not recommend Dr Burt enough! Thank you for taking such good care of me!

I decided to go with Dr Benjamin Burt because after the first consultation with him I felt that he knew what I was talking about and I had confidence in his explanation of the procedure, what to expect and he provided lots of reference pictures that I could look at. I have one slightly protruding eye that makes me look very tired and makes the eyelid creases weirdly, which made my case a bit more complicated than a 'standard' double eyelid blephoraplasty procedure. Dr Burt was a good listener, professional and his surgery skills are fantastic. In addition to that, Dr Burt specialises in surgery around the eyes, so to me, meant that he was not only an expert in this procedure but had plenty of experience to do the job properly. I was also lucky enough to bump into and speak to a client of his to ask questions and get reassurance and see end results for myself. I am very happy with the end result and the level of care throughout and afterwards. I absolutely recommend Dr Burt and can not thank him enough!

I was a little reluctant to see Dr. Ben as I had already experienced other surgery and wasn't sure if I wanted to investigate anymore. Dr. Ben has a very calm and genuine manner which immediately makes you feel at ease. He was able to honestly and confidently explain how he could assist me. He and his team made the decision to go ahead with surgery easy and I am very happy with the results. Most importantly, he and his team have lots of positive energy which made the experience from start to finish uncomplicated and successful.

Ben is immaculate in his planning and attention to detail. He takes time and care to consider what is achievable and what outcome you want as a client. The team who work closely with Ben are absolutely gifted, they are switched on, up beat, in the know and take care each and every time. nothing is rushed, everything is calculated and considered. Would go 100 times over anyone else.

Dr Burt performed eyelid ptosis repair on both my eyes. His surgical skills are second to none and I achieved an amazing result. From my first appointment to my surgery to follow up appointments I have always been made to feel comfortable and fully informed of all aspects of my surgery and healing process. Excellent. From the initial consultation, right up to post op appointment I felt very confident with Dr. Burt. He is very caring in his approach, and explains exactly what he is going to do, and what outcome should be achieved. The admin staff are excellent and you feel like you matter to them.
