I lost 160 pounds and had a complicated body shape. I knew I needed a vertical tummy tuck to get as much loose skin as possible. I consulted with three surgeons, but Dr. Prince was the only one with a gallery dedicated to this type of tummy tuck. I also wanted a breast lift with implants, but I didn’t want to go bigger. She was the only surgeon who told me she could reuse my tissue instead of giving me implants to give me the size I wanted. She could have just gone with my plan and pocketed the implant money, but instead she gave me options and saved me quite a bit of money by not doing implants. She exceeded my expectations with my results! She took 12 pounds off of me. I no longer have an apron. I can look down and see my belly button and lady bits for the first time in my life. This is life changing for me. Dr. Prince is highly skilled. I am so happy that I chose her for this. Her staff is also amazing and SO responsive.

From scheduling my consultation to post-op care, Dr. Prince and her entire office were excellent! Now two months post-op, my results are already incredible and my life is changed for the better. My back pain is better, I can wear clothes that I feel confident in, and bras are now a choice instead of a requirement. Dr. Prince's nurse, Jaylynn made the effort to make me feel comfortable asking questions and both providers were thorough in my post-op care. Dr. Prince was quick to catch early signs of nipple necrosis literally PO day 1, which saved me lots of complications down the road. My healing ended up on track and my only frustration is that I didn't call and schedule a consultation sooner! Don't wait to take control of your life from your boobs :) You won't regret it.

Dr. Prince performed my brachioplasty, and I had wonderful results. The follow up care has also been great. Amazing, kind staff. Have had nothing be a great experience from the first step in this process to nearing the end.

Dr. Prince and her team are amazing! They're so sweet and affirming. I'm transgender nonbinary and came to them for top surgery (double mastectomy, no nipple grafts). It turned out amazing and I'm so incredibly grateful! They were amazing at every step of the way (even when I turned in paperwork late). Couldn't believe there was a surgeon in Arkansas who works with transgender people, but I'm so glad Dr. Prince does!! Absolutely recommend!
