I found Dr. Boll when searching for plastic surgeons in the Phoenix area to get a second opinion regarding a breast implant revision gone wrong. In Jan 2024 I went to a plastic surgeon in West Hollywood, CA where I got a breast implant revision and breast lift. In March, a suture opened up at the bottom of my right breast. I called and emailed the previous surgeon multiple times and was told it would heal over and over. By July it had not healed so I went looking for local opinions. Dr. Boll was one of three plastic surgeons that told me it would not heal and would get worse. I just couldn't believe it. But they were all right. Because the skin under my breast was now compromised I decided to get the implants removed and chose Dr. Boll because of her demeanor. I scheduled in late January to have the surgery because she was booked out that far. By October/November the hole started getting larger and larger. I was having a lot of anxiety about it so I called Dr. Boll's office and they were able to rearrange their schedule to get me in the second week of December. The surgery went well. I'm getting used to having smaller breasts (went from a large C to a small B) but feeling so much better about the results. My incisions healed so much faster with Dr. Boll. And they look ten times better than the incisions from the precious plastic surgeon. I've also had 4 follow ups with Dr. Boll to make sure I was healing properly. I only saw the doctor in CA once after my surgery. From my experiences I can say with confidence Dr. Boll is the better plastic surgeon. So glad I found her after my harrowing experience in CA.

I met Dr. Jennifer Boll in May 2024 while searching for the perfect plastic surgeon for a Mommy Makeover (Tummy Tuck, Liposuction on front, sides, upper/lower back, a breast lift, and fat transfer to the breasts). Dr. Boll was the 7th doctor I consulted, and she stood out from the rest. I was immediately impressed by her honest assessment of what to expect and her emphasis on the importance of recovery care. Two weeks before the surgery, I had a detailed meeting with Dr. Boll's team, along with my husband, to go over the surgery day and post-op care. The day before the procedure, Dr. Boll and I reviewed everything again. She even used a marker to outline exactly what we had planned to ensure we were on the same page for the next day. On the day of the surgery, I was pretty nervous, but Dr. Boll was a calming presence. After the procedure, she checked in during recovery and reassured me that everything went smoothly. Now, about 9 days post-op, I’m thrilled with the results so far! The office team is fantastic, and I genuinely enjoyed my post-op visits. I am beyond happy with my decision to choose Dr. Boll. I’m excited to see my body continue to transform as I heal!

From the first contact I had with Dr. Boll's office, I was impressed. When my husband & I arrived for my consultation, we found the office to be very friendly and inviting. When we went back into the exam room to meet Dr. Boll for the first time, we knew that she was the ONE that was going to do my surgery. She was warm, friendly, compassionate, and most of all, she took her time with us. I did not feel rushed like I had with previous doctors with which I had consulted. She sat down with my husband & I at our level, not like she was a doctor. She went over everything line by line and answered ALL our questions. The paperwork was very organized & thorough for each of the procedures I was having. It went into detail on what to expect before, during & after the surgery.Her staff is fabulous – Kristine, Shannon, Andrea & Rita. I had the opportunity to get to know Kristine & Shannon well due to me not following post-op instructions like I should have. Every time I came in for my drains, they were wonderful & always happy to see me. Note to self: Make sure you wear your abdominal binder VERY TIGHT and be a COUCH POTATO so that your drains can get removed in a timely manner. Pain? I really had no pain with the liposuction / abdominoplasty / breast augmentation surgery recovery. My only issue was one that I created, not staying still and letting my body heal.I am now almost 10 months post-op and am thrilled with the results. I went to Sint Maarten in April and wore a bikini!!! I do not remember ever doing that. I will be 52 in August and I feel & look better than I ever have all thanks to Dr. Boll. She has given me my confidence & self-worth back. I know that this is only the beginning for me. Dr. Boll & her staff will follow you from beginning to end - they make you feel like family. It helped to release the effects of the anesthesia in my body. I had some bruising from the liposuction, the lymphatic massage helped it to heal. Each time I came in for a massage I could feel the fluid slowly & painlessly being flushed out of my body. My body became more contoured & responded better with every visit. Andrea makes you feel relaxed & comfortable. The music, the lighting & her gentle touch are magic. The massage works because Andrea is truly knowledgeable with the lymphatic system. I had my drains in longer than most like I stated in my review above. Again, it was due to me not being able to stay still for the first 2 weeks & not having my binder tight enough (do not do like I did). Andrea paid special attention in the beginning to where my drains were. When I got them out, she was very attentive to any concerns or questions I had. I did a total of ten massages. Thoroughnesses and excellence! Dr Boll is an amazing plastic surgeon. From her presurgical consultation thru the follow-up care, the process was hands-on and flawless. Dr Boll is truly interested in her patients. Six weeks post surgery, my best compliment is that I look like me without years of neck droopiness and facial heaviness. My only regret is that I didn’t have my deep plane facelift done years ago. Mgfinn

Dr Boll is an amazing surgeon. She really takes her time and listens to all of your concerns. Very knowledgeable and sweet. Her staff is amazing as well. Even the anesthesiologist was super funny. They all made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I had an extended Tummy tuck, muscle repair, and lipo of my thighs. I'm so thankful I found Dr Boll and recommended her to everyone I know.

I was a bit nervous to have a “Oma/mommy makeover” at my age, however Dr Boll was very knowledgeable and I have been very happy with my results. I am 6 weeks out from my makeover but healing very well. Thank you Dr Boll!

Amazing surgeon. Awesome bedside manner. Gives you clear expectations. Never feel rushed at my appointments. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Everyone makes you feel like you are “family”. I have been seeing Dr. Boll and her staff for years. I regularly go for dysport, microneedling and recently a ipl. I get compliments all the time about how good my skin looks. I have also had a Breast Augmentation from her (just wish I did it sooner very happy). Dr. Boll and staff are all wonderful!

Labiaplasty success story! My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner… genetics and pregnancy wreaked havoc on my lady-lips down there. Was uncomfortable and tugged and felt like I had to part the seas for intercourse. Dr Boll preformed the procedure in office while I was awake. As someone with anxiety, boy did they handle me well and I actually felt completely comfortable. Recovery was rough but the pills/ice/etc helped. Healing took a bit longer than expected- close to 3 months before I was 100% - Dr Boll and Nurse Christine set the expectation from the beginning that some ladies take a bit longer than 6 weeks, I was one of those ladies. I appreciated her instructions to ‘go at my pace’ and my body will tell me when I’m ready. Great advice and very empowering. As for the procedure, hubby says it looks and feels completely different and I agree! Love it and wish I’d done it sooner.
