My journey has been long (2016-current), and I am grateful that Dr. Andres and his professional staff have become part of my journey. After many attempts to spare the breast it was decided medically a mastectomy was necessary in 2020 as hospitals were shutting down due to COVID. Dr. Andres gladly accepted my case and was able to do get me on his schedule and perform a simple closure for me without reconstruction due to the circumstances. He left options (fully explained) open for me to consider for reconstruction when it would be safe to continue. In 2023, I decided to address symmetry and Dr. Andres provided wonderful professional options for consideration. Based on my experience in 2020, I knew he was the right skilled plastic surgeon to get me to the best look I could achieve and want. Dr. Andres takes pride in his work and took no short cuts in my case. Dr. Andres listened with compassion and performed remarkable results to gain the perfection he looks for in his work. I am over the moon happy with the results. I will highly recommend Dr. Andres and his staff to my family and friends.

Dr. Lewis Andres is a very skilled microsurgeon who takes great pride in his work. He listens intently to your concerns and ensures all questions are clearly answered. I am an 18 year Breast Cancer survivor who underwent a Bilateral Mastectomy, Chemo, Radiation and Reconstruction. My body began to reject my Breast Implants in 2017 resulting in multiple toxic symptoms which intensified over the past two years. Dr. Andres accepted my challenging case and performed an En Bloc Capsulectomy removal of both implants. I am extremely happy with the Aesthetic Flat Closure Dr. Andres was able to effectively perform on my radiated tissue. Dr. Andres is a true professional in every aspect whom I strongly recommend to anyone searching for an accomplished Plastic Surgeon in Arizona!

I was diagnosed this winter with breast cancer. One of my concerns was how I was going to get through surgery and feel ok with my body. I was offered reconstruction surgery by Dr Andres. Needless to say, both my husband and I dreaded the possibility that we would be disappointed and proceeded to brace for a less than optimum result. We were so surprised that only 4 days after surgery we could see the potential of a great outcome. My spirits were lifted, and I could see my husband was delighted as well. Dr Andres is a gifted plastic surgeon and I recommend him for post breast cancer reconstruction surgery. Also, his staff is very thoughtful and supportive.

Knew my eyelids were droopy, but I'm amazed at the outcome. Had in-office (Scottsdale) lift with local anesthesia. Dr. Andres is amazingly skilled. 1" of skin was removed from each eyelid and there was very little bruising. Would recommend him for any surgery you might need.

In 2019, I tested positive for an abnormal BRCA2 gene mutation which put me at very high risk for breast cancer. I was beyond terrified!! I was referred to Dr. Andres by a friend (another plastic surgeon) for breast reconstruction after my mastectomy. During a very stressful time, Dr. Andres and his staff truly put me at ease before my surgery - I knew I would have the best possible care. I was well prepared by Dr. Andres and staff with tips and suggestions for an easy and comfortable recovery. I am beyond thrilled with my results and I actually feel more confident now than before the mastectomy & reconstruction! I had a fantastic experience throughout and beyond grateful for the excellent care I continue to receive.

Dr Andres and his staff are very professional and I would recommend Andres Plastic Surgery to all of my friends and family. Dr. Andres is very detail oriented and focuses on natural results which I think is so important in a plastic surgeon. I went to Dr. Andres because my mom had been to him for a breast reconstruction that he made look like a breast augmentation. Dr. Andres is just the best Plastic Surgeon in Phoenix. After surviving breast cancer in 2016, I had two revisions from two different surgeons for contracture of implants after reconstructive surgery (changes in insurance forced me to change doctors). Although pleasant enough, those two doctors aren't even in the same league as Dr. Andres!In late 2019 I thought I had a pulled muscle from hitting the ground playing golf, and went to two Orthopedic docs and my Oncologist, none of whom were able to help. My pain was at a level 6-8 even with pain meds. Finally, I was desperate and had decided to discuss explant with Dr. Andres, who had been referred by a friend who also survived breast cancer. Within the first few minutes of meeting Dr. Andres, he determined that the pain I was having was actually another contracture. My first two revisions were under the muscle, which had caused a lot of pain from the beginning. He suggested putting the implant on top of the muscle, which was the perfect solution. I can't describe the relief I felt driving home from my meeting with him! The revision surgery was done in October, and the result is beautiful. Great size and shape with minimal scarring. Please don't see anyone else -- Dr. Andres is the best in Phoenix. Updated on 6 Jun 2022: If you need plastic surgery of any kind, you must see Dr. Lewis Andres. I will be eternally grateful to him for giving me my life back. I was one of the people who had an autoimmune reaction to breast implants. There was no problem or leakage with the implants themselves, my body simply rejected them as foreign objects. Dr Andres removed my implants & capsules all in one piece and then did a breast lift. In side by side photos, my breasts look & feel better than they did before my implants 5 years prior. I chose Dr Andres, in part, because he's a microsurgeon allowing him to reattach tiny blood vessels & nerves to completely restore the tissue. I lost no absolutely no sensation and outside of an extremely faint line of paler skin, I've almost no scarring 8 months post procedure. If not in bright light, I can't see any sign that I've had any surgery. I'm extremely pleased and thankful for Dr Andres and to have found a plastic surgeon qualified to do this intricate level of perfect restoration.
