This was the best experience I've ever had with a Surgeon or Doctor for that matter. I had my first breast augmentation when I was 21 and almost immediately developed capsular contractor in my right breast, fast forward fifteen years, I finally decided to do something about it. I found Gawley Plastic Surgery in Scottsdale and met with Dr. Geoghegan to discuss a capsulectomy and implant exchange. From the moment we met, she was incredibly informative, thorough, professional and made me feel so heard and comfortable. She always kept my best interests in mind down to the day of surgery! I couldn't be happier with my results, my breasts went from being deformed and not proportioned, to looking and feeling like natural breasts, they are completely proportional, I feel so much more confident and self-assured.

I'm 48 hrs post op and they look fantastic!! Surgery was on time without any complications. The results are quite amazing so far! I started with 36H (bust 43" ribcage 34") and she agreed I would look best with a small C cup.

I am 2 days post op from a breast reconstruction with fat transfer. I was really nervous going into this surgery, because I'm tiny (5'2 and 90lbs) and wasn't sure if I truly had enough fat to make a difference. I previously had a failed direct to implant reconstruction in April 2019 at the same time as my bilateral mastectomy and everything had to be taken out in July 2019 (both by different surgeons). Here I am 7 months post mastectomy and 4 months full en bloc capsulectomy and Dr. Geoghegan has done an impeccable job. My breasts are no longer asymmetrical or con-caved inwards. They look natural and feel wonderful. I already have more confidence in myself. I'm sore, but it's completely tolerable and the bruising is not nearly as bad as what I expected it to be. I have not been able to wear sports bras, tank tops, or even my prosthesis without big holes in my chest showing for the past 7 months. Today, I wore a sports bra and felt like me again. I'm so grateful that she only used fat from my stomach and flanks this time around so that I can have a 2nd breast fat transfer with her using fat from my thighs. I'm positive that with 1-2 more fat transfers I will be as close to perfect looking for a reconstruction as is humanly possible. I'm a tough critic and even had a panic attack because of prior surgical complications. She was competent, kind and worked with me to give me a stunning natural result. I would highly recommend her for breast reconstruction. Updated on 6 May 2020: These are the 6 month post op photos from one breast fat transfer on a nipple sparing mastectomy. The first fat transfer surgery definitely made enough of a difference to boost my confidence, but I have been actively gaining weight around my waist and thighs so I can get another transfer soon. Overall happy with Dr. Geoghegan and the outcome.

From the first phone call, Dr. Geoghegan and her staff have been nothing but kind, warm, and helpful. I knew immediately after the consultation for my breast augmentation that she was the perfect doctor for the procedure. Dr. Geoghegan is patient, thorough, and talented. It's been 3 months post surgery and I am more than pleased with the results. The entire experience was comfortable and pleasant. She and her team made me feel like family. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with a doctor. Not sure what to expect when I started researching plastic surgeons in both San Diego and Phoenix, I was nervous and didn't really know what I needed at the time. I met with a few highly acclaimed and reviews doctors in southern California and had absolutely terrible meetings. Finally I came upon Dr. Geoghegan and Oasis and went in for a meeting. It was a breath of fresh air and I felt 100 percent comfortable with her and her staff. Thinking I wanted breast implants, we worked together and realized that I needed a slight breast lift and implants to attain the natural look I was going for. The procedure went great, and recovery couldn't have been better. I am thrilled with the results of my surgery, which attained the natural look I was going for. I highly recommend Dr. Geoghegan!

I have been a long-time patient of Dr. Geoghegan's (Botox, Filler, breast lift) and I have been thrilled with my results. I recently had the MiraDry procedure with the hope of NEVER having to use deodorants again (I was using 2!). And once again Dr. Geoghegan and her team did not disappoint! I am 8 days post-procedure and have thrown away my deodorants! I am a Crossfitter and even post-workout my underarms are dry and stink-free! I would highly recommend Dr. Geoghegan and this procedure to anyone!

I'm very happy! I think so many of us want to do this for so long, that it was great to have a surgeon that was very calm, thorough, professional and willing to take time with her patients. it's an advantage to have a woman and have comfortable and open discussions about the procedure and the size and result I wanted. It's been 6 months and I got the perfect proportionate chest for my body! It's a big decision and Everything was smooth, the appointments, the surgery, and the recovery. An excellent decision!

I had been thinking about having my eyelids done FOREVER! We have heavy eyelids in my family. In fact, so much so, that my father had his done because his eyelids were obstructing his vision! So I knew I would eventually need it anyway. Why wait? So this was an easy - in office - procedure. There was a little down time. Couldn't really wear makeup on my eyes for about 2 weeks. BUT WELL worth it. It is so subtle people don't notice "surgery." Which is what every girl wants! The comments I get are: You look so fresh and rested, etc. No regrets from this girl!

breast-feeding 3 kids left my breasts long and flat. I wanted that youthful appearance back. Was sooooo glad I did it - I feel like myself again. I wanted to wear the same bra size and Dr. Geoghegan recommended adding small "pancake implants" to restore the fullness without increasing my bra size.

Dr. Geoghegan is by far the best choice in Scottsdale for Botox and injections. In so few practices do you actually see a physician and not only that, but a female physician who understands what you want and need. At 42 years old, I am constantly getting compliments on my skin in a town where so many women have had Botox or injections or are thinking about it. I also but my skin care line from Oasis and have been very happy with that as well. I reccomend all of my friends and strangers who stop to ask, to Dr. Geoghegan! She is a rare find!!
