My experience with Dr. Ong and her staff has been outstanding. I was looking for a physician to "renew" the PRP injections I had two years ago. Dr. Ong goes several steps beyond PRP with "O" Shot injections using exosomes along with ThermiVA. There was very little discomfort with the injections, unlike the PRP injections performed by another doctor. Thank you, Dr. Ong, for a stellar experience!

The experience with Dr Ong and her staff was wonderful. I had a breast reduction and the results were really good. They explained what to expect, gave me detailed explanations of the procedure and answered all my questions. I’m pleased with my new size, shape and the minimal scarring.

I had a labiaplasty on my labia minora in conjunction with a clitoral hood reduction. I live out of state from where Dr. Ong practices, and I had done my research to find the best doctor for this procedure. I am so glad that I stumbled upon the Ong Institute for Plastic Surgery. From initial consultation on the phone, to making sure all my questions were answered promptly and thoroughly pre-surgery, to the actual surgery, I was well taken care of. I never once questioned that I chose the right doctor. Dr. Ong is extremely experience and knowledgeable with a great bed side manner. Her entire staff from client relations to her nurse and surgical assistant were all so friendly and helpful. Post surgery communication being that I lived out of state was also excellent. The client relations kept in contact with me promptly and I felt like they truly cared about me personally as a client. Very happy with the results of course too!!

Dr. Ong is very knowledgeable, and will steer you in the right direction according to your needs. I did not have surgery with Dr. Ong, but the ThermiVa and OShot procedures. She explained what would work best for me, and I have been very happy with the results. She is extremely passionate about women's health and being the best version of yourself that you can be!

I am so happy that I chose Dr. Ong to perform my breast reduction. She made it such a great and easy experience. The results are even better than I imagined they would be. Let me start by saying I have an extensive medical background myself and am not easily impressed by human physicians - usually, it is quite the opposite. A 5 star rating from me is truly a rarity. Dr. Ong was referred to me by a friend, who was thrilled with her surgical results. Prior to meeting Dr. Ong, I had interviewed 5 other surgeons (referred by 5 other friends, also quite happy with their results) - I liked them all, but they were 'typical surgeons' -- really good at what they do, but I didn't get the feeling that I was especially important to them - just another patient. Nothing bad, but any means - but it is what it is. When I first met Dr. Ong, I knew she was the surgeon for me. I honestly can't say enough about her, but it is immediately apparent that she is a genuinely caring, empathetic, and thorough surgeon who actually LISTENS to you and cares about you as a person. And now, post-operatively, I can say that she is also an extremely talented and skilled surgeon. I look amazing, and it has only been one week post-op! She always had plenty of time to answer all of my questions, and examined me multiple times. Just prior to surgery, she spent a good 30 minutes looking at me from every angle, taking measurements and jotting notes. The other deciding factor is that her support staff is amazing and offers the best client service I have ever experienced. Everyone is professional, communicative, warm and caring. The staff also get 5 stars. The surgery went well, but the day after, I felt awful and was having reactions to the anesthesia. I had also managed to catch an horrible cold AND get a corneal scratch. I was miserable!! They brought me right into the office, fixed me up and I felt so much better within 24 hours. I am now exactly one week post-op and am looking and feeling great! I give Dr. Ong and her staff my highest rating and would urge anyone interested in a cosmetic procedure to schedule a consultation.

Everything about my experience was incredible! I felt instantly at ease and welcomed as soon as I walked in. The whole staff is extremely friendly! When I met Dr. Ong, she listened to all my questions and concerns, she was extremely thorough and knowledgeable and she made me feel totally comfortable which hasn’t been my experience with a lot of doctors. She was great throughout the entire process and I was very happy with my results! I would absolutely recommend her!
