A: Hello! I find that you would be an excellent candidate for liposuction w/ vaser and possibly a skin tightening modality such as Renuvion j-plasma. The fat deposited in the abdomen can sometimes encapsulate and be stubborn to remove with just exercise and diet. Vaser is an excellent technology that can help break up the fat pockets and allow for much easier liposuction. Best of luck!
A: Hello! What you are circling there is the beginning of deepened nasolabial folds and jowling. As we age skin and fat in the midface begins to sag. Surgically speaking, a facelift/necklift procedure typically addresses these issues. Nonsurgically, you may want to consider an ellacor treatment which is an FDA approved method of utilizing micro-coring technology to physically remove up to 8% of skin per treatment and tighten the midface.
