I found Dr. Henderson on Realself.com. From start to finish she is an amazing doctor. I got a lower face/neck lift and I can't believe the results. My friends and family are amazed at the before and after pictures. I also had two different nurse practitioners compliment how well my scars are hidden and what a great job she did. They immediately wanted her info. Dr. Henderson is the read deal. She will make you look and feel younger. It's best money I've ever spent.

Dr. Henderson performed my otoplasty surgery, and I truly could not have picked a better doctor! The pain was a 4/10 - post surgery instructions were clear, and she was readily available. I would do it over again. Love my ears!!

I finally worked up the courage to have a facelift and I couldn’t have chosen a better plastic surgeon! She is warm, patient, understanding and always there to answer my questions pre and post surgery. Most important, she is extremely skilled and knowledgeable. I am amazed by the results! My friends say I look 15 years younger with a completely natural refreshed look. I can’t recommend Dr. Henderson highly enough! She’s awesome!

At age 83 I had a large area of hanging skin in the very center of my neck and of course the normal amount of aging skin. I read about neck lifts and scheduled a consult with Dr Henderson. She impressed me with her expertise and assured me that the procedure was very successful. She was right. The surgery was relatively painless and by the next morning I was recovered. The results were astonishing, and the small scar was almost invisible a few days later. She is a very capable doctor. In addition, her staff was very caring and professional. They made the whole experience very easy.

Dr. Henderson is incredible, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results she was able to achieve for me. I had a hairline advancement and brow lift in September 2022 at age 36, and once everything healed, it looked completely natural, like it had always been that way. I had always been extremely self-conscious about my high hairline and finally decided to do something permanent about it. I'm so glad I did, and only wish I had done it years earlier!! Dr. Henderson listened to all of my concerns and addressed each one, but didn't try to upsell a bunch of other services I didn't ask for. She followed up with me over the next 8 months, until we were both confident that everything had healed completely and correctly. During the healing process, she even did two PRP treatments to stimulate hair growth in one stubborn area, and didn't charge me anything extra for that. The cost for the whole procedure was reasonable in my opinion, and was much less than I had expected, so it was an easy decision for me. She and her staff didn't pressure me to schedule the surgery; I felt that it was completely my decision once I was given all the information I needed. If I ever decide to have another cosmetic procedure, I will 100% for sure be going back to Dr. Henderson. There is no one better!!

I had a wonderful experience with my Laser and Lower face, Lip, Ear & Neck lift. I cannot say enough about my experience. Dr Pam is so thorough, meticulous and incredibly talented. She is a true artist. I have been in the Aesthetic Industry for decades and there is no one I have trusted with my face. I was so impressed I sent my daughter in as a surprise Christmas gift to have a little procedure. I honestly was expecting there to be bruising and much more pain. I only took one of my pain pills and was at work by the following week. I couldn't believe how seamless the procedure was. I had a bit of swelling due to my laser however barely any bruising and very little downtime. My husband could hardly believe I was back to work so soon! So very grateful for how I look and how I feel!

My experience with Dr. Henderson was wonderful! I had a deep plane facelift which also included my neck. She is incredibly professional and since she only does procedures on the face and neck, I have total trust in her. It has only been 2 weeks since my surgery and I returned back to work after 10 days. I am very happy with my results. Every day I look better and better!

Dr. Henderson did my facelift in early November 2021 and my results are amazing. I look natural and have my jawline back again. Recovery for me was a breeze. Follow up appointments were great. Very nice staff. I would highly recommend Dr. Henderson.
