Dr. Beals and his staff are fabulous! August 2024 I had Quad Blepharoplasty, Mini facelift and full face Erbium laser. From consultation to surgery to follow up, I was treated with kindness, respect and thorough expertise. I stayed overnight post-surgery and felt like I was at a full-service resort. If I were to do it again, I'd stay two nights and let the gentle staff nurture me. I recall being wakened at some point to a spoonful of applesauce with a pain pill; I felt I was in a lovely dream with love all around me - like an SNL skit lol. I spent three weeks at home, recovering and cleansing and following the complex care. No pain at all. Eight months hence, I look great! Most notably, my eyes are big and bright. My neck/chin/cheeks are smooth but not stretched; I look refreshed, not 'done'. I look natural! Since then, I use Dr. Beals's office for my continuing aesthetic needs. Highly recommend!

I'm almost 2 months out from my mini face and neck lift and I think my results are terrific. That's also the feedback I've been getting from my husband (who was not initially supportive) and other people I've told. The term "mini" refers to the fact that I did not need an incision under my neck. But other than that, it was a full lower face and neck lift. I'm 62, but have taken pretty good care of my skin with injectables and laser treatments. This was my first surgical experience. I chose Dr. Beals because he was recommended by people I knew personally, and his before and after photos were very natural looking. Dr. Beals and his team - every nurse I dealt with - are extremely professional. The anesthesiologist - Dr. Drewsen - is amazing, as is the post surgery recovery center. I felt taken care of every step of the way. I highly recommend Dr. Beals for facelift surgery.

I've known for a long time I have a weak chin, I know the reality is to truly fix the issue that I need jaw surgery, but as I have no true issues because of my underdeveloped jaw I was looking for a better solution. After much research on RealSelf I decided chin lipo would be the best starting point! I've always had that chin to neck thing going on with no real definition of a chin, giving me a double chin in all photos and videos taken by others and a lack of self confidence in ever wearing my hair up! I had a recommendation for Dr. Beals from another surgeon, he is a craniofacial specialist and plastic surgeon. He demeanor is very pleasant, he is very calm and kind. Admittedly I was very nervous all the way up until surgery. I've done a lot of searching on realself and sometimes results aren't what they should be and as this is my facial area I was scared! Surgery was done under general anesthesia, I am very swollen and sore, but Nothing unbearable. I plan to wear my compression strap for as long as possible. So far I like what I see with day one and I am hoping that with time they will stay the same or get better! Updated on 24 Jun 2020: Day 2 still swollen, looking good, but know the swelling should peak tomorrow and will likely look less defined. Will update in a couple days.

Dr. Beals preformed my rhinoplasty and chin augmentation 14 years ago. No one can tell that I’ve have work done. Dr. Beals is an artist who doesn’t slap the same old Barbie nose on every patient. He makes sure that your new nose matches your face. The best plastic surgery is the one that no one knows you had.

I have been a patient of Dr. Beals for about 10 years. In my mid 30's I developed a condition called unilateral condylar hyperplasia that caused one side of my face to grow too long and my joint to enlarge. This caused me significant facial asymmetry, an open bite, and my chin was off center. I was uncomfortable and felt very self conscious. I sought 3 opinions (including doctors from the Mayo Clinic) and I felt the most comfortable with Dr. Beals experience and his treatment plan. He is board certified in plastic surgery and is the founder of the Craniofacial Foundation of Arizona. Dr. Beals performed my orthognathic jaw surgery and genioplasty in 2010 and he recently performed a high condylectomy on one of my jaw joints that was too large (2016). He was able to restore my facial symmetry, decrease my jaw pain, and maintain my jaw mobility and function after both surgeries. He has an amazing team he is connected with and a wonderful caring staff. I have had no lasting facial nerve damage and my scars are all hidden. I am forever grateful for his surgical skills but what sets Dr. Beals apart from other surgeons is that he is not arrogant, is a good listener, gives you the pros/cons of your treatment options, is up to date on current treatment approaches, and is a calm and peaceful person. It is scary when you have to have surgery on your face and he exudes confidence and calmness - which is a good thing. On a different note, I see Kerry P. for laser hair removal and facials at his Skin/Laser center and she does a fantastic job. I am so happy with my results and wish I would have done laser hair removal sooner. Jill, Kasper, and Cathy (other staff members) always call or email you back quickly and are very friendly. I highly recommend this office.

I've been going to Dr. Beals office to see Gina Viviano for many years regarding my skin and laser hair removal. She was the one to recommend Dr. Beals to preform my rhinoplasty. My choice was easy because I already felt welcomed and at home with the staff. Dr. Beals radiates professionalism and most importantly, calmness. This was really important to me regarding getting a rhinoplasty because the procedure is life changing and, of course, I was nervous. But I felt safe with Dr. Beals because I knew right away I was in right hands. His office and waiting area is absolutely beautiful as well as comfy. His team is kind and genuinely care about the patients, too. A concern of mine was getting a new nose I didn't want but Dr. Beals explain to me that he was going to make my nose better- not just give me a totally new nose. He wanted to hear my opinions about my nose first- he really wants to make the patient happy. He took my photo and made a computer generated image of the after photo. The computer program is really amazing. When I told him I wanted my after nose to be a little more up turned he wasn't offended at all and I felt comfortable telling him exactly what I wanted. He understood exactly what I wanted even though it was hard to explain my dream nose. I usually have problems after getting anesthesia but Dr. Beals has worked with his anesthesiologist for over 30 years and I didn't experience my usual side effects. I had looked up what the usual aftermath of the procedure was and I didn't get the black and blue face with swollen eyes. My bruising was extremely minimal and I barely used my pain medication. My pain tolerance is small and I'm sensitive to pain meds so that's why I'm grateful the procedure didn't leave me bed ridden for months. I was in bed for only a week. It's been six months and my friend who knew I had gotten the procedure told me the other day that my nose is a "work of art," She asked me if I would do it again and I replied I would in a heartbeat. Thank you so much to Dr. Beals and his team. I am forever grateful.

From the minute you walk through the doors for the first time to waking up after surgery, Dr. Beals and his staff were amazing!! Dr. Beals kindly took on my revision case after another surgeon in town wasn't able to give me what I was looking for. He listened very patiently, did not rush the timing of anything, and genuinely cared for my happiness. I am forever grateful for him and his team!

After an exhaustive search in the Scottsdale/ Phoenix area for THE best to perform BBL procedure, I selected Erin within Dr Beals' organization. I make my living in high dollar sales, and appearance is tantamount - I am not willing to risk permanent scaring to my face. I wanted an experienced professional and that is exactly what you get with Erin. I have had two BBL treatments with her and the results were fantastic. Erin is the epitome of a professional; she explains every detail prior to treatment, what to expect as an outcome, and explains each step of the process while she is administering the procedure. I am a detail person and totally appreciated her technique. She is completely calming at each session and answered all of my multiple questions, in detail, which demonstrated her in depth knowledge of BBL.  Erin is extremely experienced, doing multiple procedures each week.
