Michael B. Lyons, MD, FAACS

Dr. Lyons is an outstanding Doctor. I have been to several and by far Dr. Michael Lyons is a shining star. I have had many procedures done by Dr. Lyons; most recently eyelid lift and the results are fantastic - no swelling, no bruising and healed extremely quick. Back to work within a day! I plan on having a facelift done by Dr. Lyons and hopefully by the end of the year. Dr. Lyons also does Hormone replacement treatments. I go regularly for botox, fillers and fillers. Dr. Lyons explains procedures in detail and suggests treatments for problem areas. Simply The Best by far!!

I must admit , that when I first visited Dr. Lyons, I really did not expect that there were options for my severely damaged and abused face and neck. Dr. Lyons patiently and with a wealth of knowledge and experience formulated a plan that he thought would give me the best results. Not expecting miracles, I agreed to follow his suggestions. I have to say I barely recognize myself now. I actually keep looking at the intake photo and each time I am newly amazed at what he was able to achieve. The entire experience was and amazing journey. Dr. Lyons certainly is at the top of his field , yet he is such a humble and sincerely caring person. I cannot adequately express my appreciation and admiration. His staff are similar in their genuine concern and dedication to their patients. I have the highest regard for each of them.

I love doctor Lyons. He is so kind and caring as a matter of fact his whole staff is that way. I have been using doctor Lyons for over 20 years and well satisfied with all procedures. He is a wonderful doctor he is like family.

Absolutely amazing experience with this glowing staff and amazing doctor. Dr. Lyons is one of the kindest, most genuine, knowledge doctors I have ever encountered. He gave me his personal cell after the procedure and I felt like I was amazing and capable hands the entire surgery. His staff is hands down the best. Shelly (the nurse) is super cool, easy going, and an all round great person. Pat (patient coordinator) is so knowledgeable and genuine. Everyone is so friendly and I felt like I was treated like a VIP

Dr. Lyons and his staff were amazing, and treated me like family. The follow up has been extremely thorough, and Dr. Lyons genuinely wants to be sure that I get the best possible results. Dr. Lyons, his nurses, aesthetician and staff are the best, and I will not go anywhere else for the services they offer.

Wonderful Dr & staff. I have been going to Dr Lyons over 15 years & I am very happy with my results. He has performed laser Lipo, fillers , Botox & recently FaceTite. I love my results. I have three children my oldest being five years older than my younger two. After my oldest son my body was able to spring back to the pre baby body. I have two babies within a year of each other and my waist expanded and would not spring back. I work out in fact I love to work out but the gut would not leave me. My husband is all six pack sexy and here I was stuck with gut so I had him give me the gift of a flat stomach. I am so happy. I got luck and met a Great doctor and staff. Pat the office manager spent an hour with me explaining everything and answering all of my questions followed by an hour or so spent with Dr. Lyons explaining everything to be expected during the procedure and following the procedure. I felt so comfortable I put down my deposit and picked a date on the first visit. Updated on 13 Aug 2016: I think it's worth mentioning that during the follow up appointment Dr. Lyons used some cool laser to help my skin retract. I also got a massage to get the lumps out and then wrapped again. There was no pain. (I was instructed to take Valium and Percocet prior to showing up) Needless to say I felt no pain and was loopy. I honestly don't remember what I told Dr. Lyons or what I asked him but I know I felt better after the laser and since the laser treatment and massage I have felt almost like I did preop. I have another follow up in two weeks. I'm super surprised be a following other reviews there is usually little to no follow up after the procedure. I feel special. Updated on 15 Aug 2016: Today was my first workout PO. I did sprints and planks. I'm loving my new body!! I felt great after the workout but quickly showered and got back in my compression garments.
