From the very first consultation to my final follow-up, my experience was nothing short of extraordinary. The entire team exudes warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. Every question I had, no matter how small, was answered with clarity and patience. I never once felt rushed or brushed off. The staff treated me like a priority, and that level of attentiveness made a huge difference in my confidence going into surgery. The facility itself is stunning, clean, modern, and comfortable. It felt more like a high-end wellness retreat than a medical office. That environment added to my sense of calm and trust. My surgeon took the time to understand my goals, explain realistic outcomes, and customize a plan that would give me the best results for my body and health history. The post-operative care was equally phenomenal. I always knew what to expect next, and I felt supported every step of the way. This wasn’t just a procedure; it was a transformation that I felt safe and excited to go through because of how seamlessly the team guided me. I did experience a complication a few weeks after surgery when a portion of my incision unexpectedly reopened. However, what could have been a traumatic experience was handled with such professionalism and compassion that it became a testament to the exceptional care provided. The surgeon stepped away from an active procedure to tend to me immediately, personally stitching the incision. That act of urgency and attention made a powerful impression and reminded me that I was in the best possible hands. One of the nurses even took it upon herself to soak my blood-stained dress shirt in alcohol in an effort to save it. That thoughtful gesture may seem small, but it spoke volumes about the level of care and kindness shown throughout my journey. Despite the setback, I was never made to feel ashamed or blamed. Instead, I was treated with patience, encouragement, and a level of support that genuinely moved me. The staff demonstrated not only medical excellence but deep humanity. They are people I trust and admire, and I continue to be grateful for the way they supported me through every step. Updated on 13 Aug 2025: I had my 3-month follow-up with Dr. Cohn this morning, and as always, he was thorough, encouraging, and completely professional while reviewing my progress. I’ve now added my before-and-after photos to this review, and the difference is remarkable. What amazes me most is the complete restructuring of my abdominal muscles, which is especially noticeable in the side-view photos. The contour, the posture improvement, and the overall shape are beyond anything I imagined. I can honestly say this is the best decision I have ever made for myself, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results.

Amazing care!!! I was very nervous about having a double prophylactic mastectomy, to prevent breast cancer. I have a strong family history, and had so many traumatic breast biopsies. But after having my initial consult, I knew I was going to be in good hands. Everything was thought of ahead of me asking, the updates were consistent during the surgery. The post operative care was the absolute best. I was treated with so much compassion and kindness, that I miss seeing the nurses and staff !!! Dr Cohn was extremely thorough, and so was his staff. He is the best surgeon I've ever had!!!

Having had poor experiences during consults with other plastic surgeons over the years, I was confident I would again be made to feel foolish and turned away without even being heard... I could not have been more thrilled to be proven wrong! The pain, discomfort, and insecurity I felt for years was met with grace, empathy, and compassion the moment I walked through the doors for my first consult. After struggling physically, mentally, and emotionally for more than half of my life, I felt like I could finally breathe! Dr. Cohn did a fabulous job from day one. I never felt confused, led astray, in the dark, or hesitant about my procedure. In fact, when he couldn't get in touch with me a few hours post-op, he reached out to my mother (emergency contact) to check in, make sure all was well, and provide us with further direction and helpful tips for recovery. If that doesn't speak volumes of his character, I don't know what will! I could go on and on about Dr. Cohn and his staff, but I'll settle for ending with this... Dr. Cohn gave me my health, mobility, confidence, and life back, and I will forever be shouting his praises and my gratefulness from the rooftops!!

I had 5 consultations before meeting Dr. Cohn. Within the first 10 minutes meeting with him I knew he would be my doctor. His explanations and recommendations for me were thorough and thought out. He spent time explaining his recommendations and answered any questions I could think of (which weren’t much because he answered most). His staff was top notch, so pleasant, and made me feel so welcome and comfortable. From my first consultation to phone calls, to surgery, and recovery I always felt like he truly cared for me as a patient. I’m so happy I chose him!

Loved every second of my the process of getting my boobs done by Dr Cohn & his staff!! I would recommend Dr Cohn to anyone looking for a breast augmentation. If I ever want more plastic surgery, I will 100% be going back to him!  On top of that, Dr Cohn makes such natural perfect looking breasts. I could not be happier with my results!!!

Dr. Cohn and his staff were very accommodating and perfectly professional. I felt confident in his acumen from our first meeting. I was suffering from a light to mild case of Gynecomastia. Dr. Cohn is truly an artist and I could not be more pleased with the results. The gyno was a huge source of insecurity for me for several years - Dr. Cohn fixed it in an hour long procedure. Would recommend 10/10 times.

Dr. Cohn seemed very nice and professional, he told me what I really didn’t want to hear, that I need a full tummy tuck revision and that I’d have to be cut open again from hip to hip because the sutures were either not done right or came undone at some point and that’s why my upper abdominal area still swells up and I look like I’m four months pregnant. The cost of the procedure is a lot for me and I don’t know if and when I’d be able to afford to get it done.

I have been wanting a tummy tuck for the last 15 years but always found a reason not to do it. I finally decided the timing was right and I wanted to make sure I chose a doctor he could give me the look that I desired. I had an extended tummy tuck and an arm lift. I am so happy with the results, Dr. Cohn and his staff have been perfect from the initial consult to present day. The care and treatment I received after surgery and on my post op visits has been wonderful. If you are considering cosmetic surgery you can't go wrong with Dr. Cohn

My experience with Dr Cohn and his staff has been wonderful. He is a gifted surgeon with a passion for breast reconstruction, so I knew that he would do a great job on my middle-aged mommy makeover, and he did. Every time I called his office I spoke with a person, not an answering machine. When I had concerns, they were addressed promptly and to my full satisfaction. They handled my worried, small questions and my bigger, more serious concerns in such a way that I never felt embarrassed. I’m so glad that I used them, and I’d use them again in a heartbeat!

I had a breast lift with fat transfer after multiple breast implant surgeries leaving me with too large implants for my body results . I could not be happier with my experience with Dr .Cohn I highly recommend him and his staff
