Dr. Ginsburg and his staff were such a pleasure. I was a first timer to his office as well as to any cosmetic treatments. After discussing my concerns and getting his professional opinion, I decided to move forward with getting dysport for my forehead and restylane for my under my eyes. I saw immediate results under my eyes. I woke up the next morning without under eye bags! I could not be happier with my results!

Dr. Ginsburg has given me fillers in my lips and under the eyes a few times now and each time I am beyond impressed. I drive an hour and fifteen minutes to see him because he is truly an artist and has probably been doing fillers longer than anyone in Birmingham. There is positively no other option, if you live near Birmingham he is the only person you should see for fillers!

This was a very comfortable experience for me. From the first moment the procedure started, my comfort was a top priority. Julie was amazing and took her time with me to explain everything and made sure I was at ease throughout. Dr. Ginsburg was very thorough and told the most interesting stories while working on me. It made it easy for me to forget what he was doing! Julie even sang a couple songs to entertain my mind during the procedure. This was an overall pleasant experience!

I am Type 1 diabetic and have been for 30 years. During that time, I've developed lumps in the areas that I frequently take insulin injections and where I used the insulin pump. Dr Ginsburg was able to target those areas with liposuction and also slim my thighs and upper arms beautifully. I could not be more pleased with how my procedures turned out. I had laser liposuction on my thighs and sides of my waist. The entire staff was very nice, friendly, and easy to work with. Dr. Ginsburg is the BEST and gives you his personal cell phone number to check in with you and see if you are having any problems recovering after the procedure. I am very pleased with my results and would highly recommend this procedure by Dr. Ginsburg to anyone that is feeling self conscious of certain problem areas of their body that doesn’t seem to look better after continual diet and exercise.

I've been using Dr. G for about 9 years now, various procedures. However, this one was a little different. About a month or so ago, I found something on my face that I knew didn't belong there. Last week, Dr. G. cut off and biopsied it. The following day I got a phone call saying it wound up being a Squamous Cell Carcinoma. After doing a slew of research (probably something one shouldn't do on their own) Dr. G said, 'Calm down, and don't worry. If you gotta get one, that's the one you want!' So, yesterday morning Dr. G completed the procedure using what he called the 'Mohs Procedure' of removing it. Thankfully, he got all of it the first time. Talk about relief... 24 hours later, one wouldn't know I had anything done, other than the band aid (across the underside of my nose) a bit of swelling and now it's starting to turn black and blue. Trust me, if you need something dermatological, Botox/Fillers injections, etc., he's your guy! I promise you, he won't do anything you don't need done! And, he's the absolute best!!

For the last 20 years, I have been thinking about getting lipo on my waist. Every time I lost or gained a few pounds I would have to change clothing sizes. I have a closet full of different waist size clothes. I have been a patient of Dr.G for 20 years. Dr G he would always tell me I needed lipo to fix the problem, but I was a big chicken. Like a lot of people I thought if I lost the weight and my belly would go away. Wrong “Budda” as my children would call it refused to leave even after I lost 20 pounds. Budda was still there. On July the 3 of 2019 I finally got up the courage to have it done. I feel so stupid now, for waiting. The lipo did not hurt. From the time I walk in the door to the time I left took less than 2 hours. I played golf that afternoon and enjoyed the 4th weekend. Today two months later my only regret is not doing it 20 years ago. My belly has not been this flat since USMC boot camp. Thank you, Dr. G.
