I had fat grafting done to my periorbital area and nasolabial folds a year ago. 6 months post-op and Ive noticed a lump or a line that formed in the sides of my nose connecting to my cheeks. Initially i had thought some fat might have moved and grafted but my doctor said it might be fibrosis or scar tissue bec of the trauma. Now she is injecting mesolipo to lessen the appearance pf the said line. Would mesolipo actually help? Or what can? Had .5cc done each side i dont think sumthn has changed
Hello! I am a 22 year old concerned about my nasolabial folds. They are very prominent. I will do anything to soften them but so far sculptra and hyaluronic acid filler haven't worked. What is the cause of these? My bone structure or soft tissue?
I'd like to correct the mid face in conjunction with the nasolabial folds. Also improving the deflation/wrinkling around the eyes crows feet when I smile. I'd like to know the procedure recommendations and photos of similar patients that had the same concerns. Seeing is believing. TIA.
I had a successful fat transfer to my face 3 years ago, but it's wearing off already. At 46, I am moving away from fillers. Photos should show the uneven result I got from having filler in the nasolabial folds (it accentuates the hollowness of my cheeks). I dont want a surgical lift, or Sculptra. So, another fat transfer? But I cant do this every few years. How about PRP? Last, I have a dimple caused by lip filler, and it's now been a while. Will it go as it reabsorbs?
I am 22 and have deep nasolabial folds. I feel they ge me tremendously and really change my face. I wonder if the reason they are so deep has anything to do with the fact that my cheeks dont extend to my outer face? I feel like they start quite low, it is more visible when I smile, and its been like this since I was a child. Its like my cheeks are halved. Would fat transfer to the folds work? And if I wanted fuller cheeks would fat transfer hold on upper cheeks or do I lack the structure?
They appeared after I got a lip lift. I had lip fillor pre-op without these shadows on both sides of my cupids bow. I believe this is due to pulling the skin upwards. I am considering hyaluronic acid or fat transfer to the nasolabial fold to add volume but Im not sure it will significantly improve the moustache looking shadows.
I want to permanently fix my nasolabial folds without using fillers. Would fat grafting be the best solution? Im being told that it would be best to get the fat transfer to my cheeks. Or would it be best to get a face lift along with the fat transfer?
I have these weird lines near my mouth and I'm only 18 so it's not really like wrinkles but more like really dark lines and they're kinda hollow. I feel like I need to add cheek fat or something? And yes, I've tried skincare for like 2 years vitnam c, retinol and other serums and although it has gotten a lot better it still always gonna be there unless I can help with plastic surgery but I'm not sure. Please someone let me know what I can do, thanks!!
Im 53 and am having a face lift with upper Blepharoplasty I want a full facelift so that I can get improvement of the nasolabial folds and marionettes, as well as tackling my neck and jowels. Once a year, I have filler in my nasolabial area. I am very undecided about adding a fat transfer to the procedure. Im a perfectionist and worry about looking overfilled for months on end, and potentially disliking the results, which I understand are difficult to rectify, unlike fillers.
