I'm told this is extremely rare and I can't find much information online about the outcome. I would be interested to hear from any surgeons who managed this. What steps did you take? How long did it take to resolve? Please give plenty of detail in your answers - exact timings, numbers, etc.
I am 11 months postop. 53 years old. Overall happy with my facelift minus whats going on behind my ears. I thought it would go away, but Im thinking now Im stuck with it. What can I do to reduce the redness?
I realize I have been turning my neck, left and right, and up and down, somewhat frequently after surgery. Especially having my head down when looking at my phone. I did it pretty much immediately after surgery for the first week before I noticed I was doing it. I tried to not move my neck as much the following weeks, but I still did it a few times throughout the day. Would this negatively affect my results or should it have minimal impact?
I'm a 29 years old femal. My face is sagging I feel much older then my age and everyone thinks that im 40 years old. I don't know if i need a facelift. I want to feel me more comfortable. I feel that i lost a lot of volume too.
Im 30 and Ive noticed a HUGE difference in my skin. When Im not smiling I dont see it but as soon as I smile my jaw/cheek area bunches up and creates a massive extra skin look. Its almost as if theres lack of support from my jaw bone or cheek bone? Does this call for a facelift or sculptra or filler to resolve this? It also appears my chin has fallen.
Hello, I want to rejuvenate my face and I would greatly appreciate advice regarding what surgeries would benefit me. | want to treat: Vertical depressions on forehead due to loss of volume, Horizontal wrinkles on forehead, Lower eye bags, Nasolabial folds , Hanging cheeks when looking down or tilting head. Volume / sagging in the area of submandibular glands and digastric muscles. Sun damaged skin. What surgeries or treatments would you recommend? Your advice is greatly appreciated! Thanks, J
I had a 6 month Invisalign treatment done, and my face appears pulled down now. The dentist keeps telling me there was very little tooth movement, and I was instructed to let the teeth relapse - so thats what I did. But 3 months later and my face still looks bulky and pulled down. Prior to Invisalign, I had nice sharp jawline definition, as shown in picture 1. What happened to my face in only a matter of months?!
Im 34 and have always had big cheeks and a round face, but have started to notice signs of ageing around my neck, jowels, smile and marionette lines. Ive had Botox on my forehead, a filler in my frown line, but looking for more permanent options. Am I too young for a micro facelift? What about PDO threads? O I am worried filler would just make my cheeks look bigger, but is this an option?
I am 48 yrs old. . My neck is sagging and skin has become very crepey. Skin is thin on my neck. Will a lower facelift and or neck lift fix this. Posting again as I did not post the best pics on first post. I was told by two doctors That I was not a candidate for neck lift as scars would be worse than the state of my neck. I hate looking at myself. Any advice appreciated
