Im 34 and have always had big cheeks and a round face, but have started to notice signs of ageing around my neck, jowels, smile and marionette lines. Ive had Botox on my forehead, a filler in my frown line, but looking for more permanent options. Am I too young for a micro facelift? What about PDO threads? O I am worried filler would just make my cheeks look bigger, but is this an option?
Im a 31-year-old female who has spent a significant amount of time driving with unprotected sun exposure, mostly on the left side of my face through the window. My upper and lower left cheek is visibly more saggy and deflated looking than the right side, which remains a bit fuller. Ive been wearing daily sunscreen for about 3 years now since discovering how important it is to prevent skin aging. I am a 27 year old female with very saggy skin and severe nasolabial folds. I have never been overweight. I have worn SPF 50 sunscreen daily since 19 and use been using tretinoin and a moisturizer every night for a few years. I don't drink or smoke, am active, and I eat a plant-based diet, but I have eaten sugary foods in the past, so I assume that is the cause. Could I be a good candidate for a facelift or midface lift? I've had a lip lift 6 months ago + revision 3 months ago for my very long philtrum (since childhood).
I am trying to figure out how I could make my face more symmetrical and improve my profile. I feel like I have a weak chin and my face is already starting to fall. My skin is sagging around my mouth and jaw I am only 26. I can see the line vertical from my lip getting worse each day, its from sleep and not expression. It disappears when I smile. I take good care of my skin and always wear moisturizer and sunscreen but Im always a bit dry. What can I do about this line/the sagging? Do I need a mini facelift on the lower half of my face?
Hello. Im 26 female. And Im at a loss at what to do. My face is bothering me so much and I see so many conflicting things online about what I can do and what I shouldnt do. I dont like the shape of my temples/head, I feel like the divets are deep making my head look weird. I feel like I need a face lift to lift my eyebrows and jowels and smile lines. And a lower bleph for my tear troughs and eye bags. Iv heard horrible things about filler so I dont wanna go that route.

I'm thinking maybe chin implant + buccal fat removal? I would ideally LOVE to have a mid face lift to help alleviate some of the heaviness of my cheeks but not sure if I would be a good candidate? I've had cheek filler but that was no good, I have a round/wide enough face as it is! Thanks!!
Considering my tiny eyes, the lower part of my face is disproportionate - very unfeminine. I had buccal fat removal (apparently my bichata pads were tiny), I had HIFU Ulthera on my jaw, but the effect is still too small. My dream is to reach the letter V. I am 25 years old and I don't know what to do anymore. I wanted a lower face lift to remove excess skin and sew it to the ear to make a V from the U. What do you think?
