It has been over one year after my deep plane facelift. On my right side when I smile, I have a strange line/depression running from the corner of my eye up towards my hairline, as well as lumps on my upper cheek and a depression on the upper cheek area. It i visible only when I smile. This area is also still somewhat numb. It is noticeable and distressing. I try not to smile and wear my hair to cover it. Can this be fixed??
I had a facelift approximately 6 months ago, and apparently my surgeon wanted something different than I did, but this wasn't communicated to me. He gave me very full cheekbones, which now look fake. I get that some people find this isn't beautiful but as the patient/client, he didn't respect what I wanted (which was not this). Is there a way the full cheek facelift can be fixed? No picture, but think of Courtney Cox recent pictures.
Midface lift/endotine cheek lift regret Its been about 9 months since I (39f) received an endotine cheek lift (endoscopic through the gums) to address slight sagging around the mouth and lower face. I The results are not what I expected, the cheeks stick out too far, and one side is a lot bigger than the other and the placement is different. On that same side I can also Feel the gums were stitched together way higher up and its uncomfortable What can I do to fix this?
I am a 70 year old female. No health issues. On no medications. Walk 3-5 miles daily. Am 54 and 129lbs. Had a facelift done nearly 20 years ago and it has aged very well! But Id like another one. Soare 2nd ones safe? How are the results compared to 1st facelifts? Mine was a SMAS lift. Would like the same. Thank you!
I had a face/neck lift 3 years ago. I never recovered. Neck spasm, scarring, unhappy face/neck muscles retracted my jaw. The surgery was done asymmetrically. My midline is obviously off, diagonally towards right. None of treatments work - i tried them all. I think my problem is structural. Can midline be corrected by a revision? I am scared of loosing more space and tissues with the revision if one is even possible.
My face is sliding down hill. I have had a face and lip lift 16 years ago and the aging process is grinding on. I need refreshing but am not sure exactly what I need. I am an entertainer so need to look good. Suggestions please. I have been through a tough 10 years with family illnesses and deaths and a pick me up would be wonderful! The second photo is me pushing up my muscles to look better
64 year old non smoker stable thin weight, wrinkles around mouth with some deep acne scars on chin, nasolabial folds look more sagging now than before. Dr who did surgery doesnt do CO2 ablation but sold me a Paris peel instead which did little to nothing for wrinkle around mouth. I looked young for my age prior to surgery, now I look non improved with saggier nasolabial folds, I had lower blepharoplasty, with little improvement and neck done with a little improvement but still saggy under chin
I had a deep plane facelift and necklift 12 mos ago. There was some tightening in the neck and a little in the jowels, but I still have a lot of laxity around my mouth/jowels. I went to a double-board certified Beverly Hills surgeon, so I expected to have a taut, sag-free face. Is the midface addressed in a deep plane facelift and should this area be tighter? What are options to correct this? A revision deep plane facelift? A midface lift? Other? What is an acceptable resolution with the surgeon
I had a deep plane facelift and necklift performed 3 months ago. I know there is still a lot of time to see the full results, but I already see that one side of my face is almost exactly as it was pre-surgery. The necklift was quite aggressive but my non-expert evaluation of how the skin was pulled is that the facelift (my main concern) was not. If I were to get a revision would a skin-only lift be possible to get closer to my ideal? I would not want to go through this prolonged recovery again.
