I had a revision eyelid surgery and ptosis surgery about 2 months ago. I am happy about everything except my eyelashes. They are still downward pointed and I would like them to be more lifted. I know there are non-surgical options like lash curlers and chemical lash lifts. However, lash curlers are extremely hard to use for my face as I have prominent brow one and extremely hooded eyes, and chemical lash lifts only semi-permenantley changes the curl pattern, not the growth pattern, of the lashes
2.5 months ago I had hard pallete grafts and a lateral tarsal strip performed in both eyes to reduce my lagophthalmos. The problem is that there is now assymetry between the two sides, with my left side being higher and shorter, while my right side has dropped and the corner has blunted. The surgeon has suggested reperforming a lateral tarsal strip to reposition the right corner higher, but I am also unhappy with how squinty my left looks... what is possible at this point?
I'm post op 2 months scar on my right lid is way higher than left. Left eye lid and brow seems big and still swollen. Although the scars are at different heights do the eyes have a chance to look the same?Currently eyes look totally different.
I 29F had upper and lower blepharoplasty 2 months ago and i strongly dislike my results the eyebags are still very obvious and only changed in contour in one eye in the other its a bit less and the upperlids i feel my doctor was too aggressive and completely removed the hood which i cant accept the new shape i asked for a simple improvement all my doctor says is wait till its 6 months.
2 months post upper, lowers, and canthoplasty. Lowers were performed with transcutaneous approach. It seems my canthoplasty has failed. My lateral canthals are webbed and my horizontal fissures have been significantly shortened. My doctor doesn't think he can repair it. Is there help out there?
What I wanted was a high, deep single-crease fold like the girl in the first photo. My new crease is definitely higher than my old crease, but I now also have multiple lines/wrinkles going across my upper eyelid like the girl's 'before' in the second photo. Not at all what I wanted and looks terrible. Is this normal and will it go away with more time?? Help.
Photos show pre-surgery, no makeup, marked up before surgery and results 8 weeks later. Although there is some small improvement it's not what I was expecting and now I have scars that I'm self conscious about. Will I need further surgery or am I stuck with these bags forever?
