Ear Surgery + Weight Lifting Q&A

So five days after my otoplasty school will start from the summer break and i'll have to carry the books that will be given to me back home.I was wondering is it safe to lift around 20 books( could be much less though) or should i avoid carrying them?How much kg is it safe to lift?

Will weight training affect my ear correction surgery? The only reason i havent done the ear correction surgery is that i am afraid i will loose muscle i have built

Had my otoplasty 6 weeks ago and I went to the gym thinking I would be fine. Since yesterday it has been bothering me a little behind one of ears where I assume the permanent stitches are (other ear has no pain). I am an athlete so when I exercise I tend to go 100%. Prior to this I wasn't annoyed by the stitches at all on the ear. It's a little tender/sore and it's a dull pain. What is this redness due to? Was done overseas so going back to the surgeon isn't really an option.

Hi, I had otoplasty performed on both ears about 6 months ago. Should if be safe to being light weight lifting (workouts) now? Thanks, Frank
