I received 40 units in the middle area of my forehead in November, everything was fine but then I went for check up a month later and my doctor convinced me to get extra 10 units above my brows, since I still had some movement in that area. After that I slowly started feeling changes in my brows, tingling and numbness around my eyes and temple area. My brows went completely straight no arch also my forehead got completely flat and stretched like 2 cm. Could it be permanent?
I've been reading some mixed information online, and it looks like Dysport is only FDA approved for the glabella and behind the neck. Is it true that if Dysport is used around the eyes or forehead it's considered off label use? I've always had bad side effects and doopyiness from Dysport. I never experienced this with allergan Botox. I also heard Dysport moves around more and is more likely to migrate.
I had my first dysport injenctions 2 weeks ago in my forehead and frown lines and Im due for my top up today. The edges of my eyebrows still have movement and I was told this will be fixed today after my top up, but Im worried that my eyelids seem slightly hooded, theres no pain and theyre not uncomfortable, It may even be a touch of hayfever as they do look quite swollen but Im worried that my top up will make it worse. Is this common and can the top up make it better?
I had dysport today and wasnt aware it shouldnt be done if breastfeeding. I havent fed baby with breast since treatment 1 hours ago (just formula). When can I feed again as I do not want to stop breastfeeding if possible? My babies health is most important and only had forehead, frown and 20 units in each crows feet area. Please help!
I received 50units of Dysport across my forehead and in my 11s about 3.5 weeks ago. I have had great results in the past and notice with this new injector my right eye appears to be hooded. This is a mirror image photo. Is this something I just have to wait out? Im hoping this isnt permanent, I already have deep set eyes and usually the dysport opens them up. The nurse put in a smidge under the eyebrow on the lateral side a week ago to help, however it hasnt done much. Any guidance would be great.
If Dysport spreads more than Botox and "rocks the forehead," is there a greater potential for side effects in other areas, like the brow area? I get great results from Botox in three areas of the face and I'm considering using Dysport.
Ive recently had 20 units of dysport and im panicking because my brows have dropped tremendously and i look really angry. I do however want to get rid of my forehead lines in the future but i dont know whether i should turn back to botox/dysport? Is it possible to just fill in those lines with hydrochloric acid filler instead?
