I had purchased a Dermaplane + Wine Peel a couple months ago and loved it. I just decided to take the plunge ($$) and get the Juvederm Voluma on my cheek/cheekbone area. I had it done in San Antonio a couple years ago and felt it was time again. Dr Shah spent time with me discussing my face, explaining his way of doing the procedure, his credentials..what results I should expect..absolutely taking his time with me. He had applied a dental block (numbing cream) and WHAT a difference that made from the last time I had filler put in that area by another med spa and she was not a doctor. Had immediate results of course, just by the procedure its self but as the bit of swelling has gone down..cheek area looks so good! I expect by next week all will be calmed down on my face + it will look totally natural. I was also very pleased that no one was trying to give me a hard sell on other stuff I could have done. I'm not wealthy and have to do everything in steps I can afford. I just turned 65 and this I did for me..only live once and I plan on owing credit cards till the end! He's great, soft touch..highly recommend him..in New Braunfels, Tx. The med spa has several diff. services, lol, want my lips next :) By the way, got 2 syr Of the Voluma for 1450.
