I actually had SculpSure therapy before I performed it. This was so that I could better relate to what might be the experience of my clients. The experience was variable, based upon the location and the amount of adipose at the site. I felt that the deeper the fat, the more intense the burning sensation. That is why I never leave the side of the client and unlink the probes so that I can lessen the temperature where needed. This lessens the complaints you are having. I know it is recommended to avoid NSAID's prior to and for a few weeks after BUT if you need it you will need to take it. Application of cold compresses to the area also helps; in addition to drinking plenty of WATER to promote increased lymphatic drainage. More importantly, immediate follow up for evaluation by the provider of the service so that they can guide you through the process and be able to rule out that there is no serious issue that is being missed. Everyone is different and rare events are important to be recorded and addressed by the company in case you are not a lone case. It's all about providing a service without harm; especially when unintended.
It would be unusual for the MLT to have failed. Without knowing the pictorial before and after results of your therapy, it is difficult to give an absolute answer. I have found that some clients have such extreme atrophy that I often treat them with Intrarosa,a vaginal steroid. Steroids help diminish inflammation. The generic name is Prasterone and it converts to testosterone and estrogen; both of which adds to support of the integrity of the vaginal mucosa. If you have any history or risk of breast cancer you may be unable to utilize this preparation. However, it equivocal to the central affect of a Vagifem o rEString which have minimal to no systemic effect.Be sure to check with your provider.
