It is unfortunate that you did not get the results you wanted and it has been sufficient time to have all the healing process being completed. There is asymmetry and tip depression as you described and the indentation on the dorsal aspect may be due to malposition bone or Cartilage segments. In order to determine the full extent of the revision you would need a detailed consultation to determine what are your expectations and what could be accomplished. fortunatelyYour nose doesn’t appear to have a permanent or irreparable damage and maybe revised to your satisfaction

If you are satisfied with your profile there is no harm in waiting for a little longer for the bone remodelling to complete the healing process. The lip crookedness is most likely due to surgical injury to the lip muscles and as the muscle heal it will restore to normal function.  Have you seen your surgeon for your follow up appointments? He or she can explain to you the bone healing process and how long you have to wait for revisions if any is indicated. .

Hello!. Your photos are informative. On reviewing them it appears that two anatomical factors contribute the appearance you wish to be corrected. 1. elongated septal cartilage with anterior projection. 2, hypertrophied or overly active  Depressor septi muscles( the muscle that pull the septum down). A carefully performed tip rhinoplasty addressing these two factors with minimal Alar base reduction  will give the results you desire,

First, with out any photographs it is difficult to give you any specific answers, From your description I gather that your Nasal spine and septum are deviated to one side ,That in turn has distorted lip  muscle attachments causing the the lip pull to onside. Any competent Rhinoplastic Surgeon who looks at the total harmony instead of focusing on one structure should be able to fix the problem. Please discuss your concerns during your consultation and get specific answers before you proceed .

From your history and the photos it is clear that  there is a post surgical deformity. It is more visible on one side than the other.  The location would indicate a little over resection of upper lateral cartilage . However it is early in the  healing process for rhinoplasty to see the effects of remodeling of tissue and scar maturation.  Your nose is cute and you  can accept  it and live with it .If you want perfection  you can have HA fillers injected into the defect to see what kind  of look it creates . If  you like it, as HA implants are temporary, you can have an autologous fashia  graft  placed  that will give you permanent results
