I am exceptionally pleased with my facelift by Dr. Yvonne Pierpont at Mayo. I am a 64-year-old woman who became self-conscious of sagging neck skin and deep wrinkles around my eyes and mouth. My surgery was three months ago, and recovery has gone well. Skin closest to my ears and immediately under my chin still has numbness, but each week more skin relaxes to its normal feeling. My smile is as it was before, and overall, I feel my look is natural and definitely younger. Before the surgery, Dr. Pierpont met with me twice to explain the procedure and to be sure about my expectations. She is professional and personable. My follow-up appointments with her and her associates (to remove stitches and check progress) have gone well. I am so glad I did this!

Recently, I had a panniculectomy after excessive weight loss. I was very nervous about the procedure. Dr. Pierpont answered all my questions and was very professional. I was scheduled to have eyelid surgery, or "blepharoplasty" in April 2020 before the covid pandemic. The surgery was canceled and I was unable to reschedule it until two years later. The physician who was going to perform this surgery had retired so I was rescheduled with Dr. Yvonne Pierport, Mayo Clinic, Eau Claire Wisconsin. Dr. Pierpont is absolutely wonderful. She is extremely personable and easy to talk to yet she is completely professional and knowledgeable. I could see that Dr. Pierpont's staff were part of a true team because they were friendly yet professional. I was given precise information about the surgery and what to do post surgery. Dr. Pierpont visited me right before surgery to answer any questions, reassure me and give me detailed instructions again on what to do after the surgery. I was appraised of every step along the way, both before and after the surgery. I have complete confidence in Dr. Pierpont and her staff at Mayo Clinic and highly recommend them!

Dr. Pierpont recently performed my upper eyelid lift and I couldn't be more pleased with the doctor, staff and results!
