What meant a lot to me was the care after the surgery. Not only during my stay in Istanbul, but also after I returned home to Austria. This is my fourth rhinoplasty, so it was obviously a reconstructive surgery. Dr. Yunus Kaplan did an amazing job! I am only two weeks out of surgery and I can already see the amazing results. His team is absolutely amazing, and I mean his entire staff but especially Mahir, he’s extremely attentive and always responds with any doubt you have. He goes above and beyond. Amazing experience I just want to thank you first to Mr Dr Yunus for such an amazing experience. From the first day I went at his office , I had a worming come , from the stuff til i went I had to talked to him, this is the reason I went on his hand , also because I felt so nice and safe i took as well my smaller sister to make together the procedure. The hospital we stood for the night of the surgery is amazing , the nurses are very kind and also the food is very good. We did not feel any pain or discomfort. Is really nice to have someone that is always available for your questions . We had a lot of questions after the surgery when we went home and his assistant is always there any hour to answer.

Dr Kaplan and his team made me and my brother feel beyond comfortable every need and question of ours was listened to and understood. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were okay and felt supported along the process. They explained every bit of the process to us clearly and went in feeling comfortable knowing I am in capable hands. They have a very friendly atmosphere and we felt as if we could speak to them openly and they tried to accommodate for us as much as they possibly could. From day one Mahir communicated with me so efficiently even prior to paying my deposit he was there ready to answer all my questions and engaged well to leaving turkey and completing the procedure the same momentum was continued. i really was trusting this doctor :( unfortunately he doesn’t even check up on me or seemed to care about me afterwards. the result it not what i was hoping for, my front is way bigger than before and the tip looks not normal? my side is a little better but still not what i wanted, he unfortunately didn’t really listen to me…
