So much last post was being concerned about choosing 375cc implants. I can say now I am happy with the choice. I think once the swelling goes away and the drop I will be the full C cup I wanted. Recovery so far has been great. I've been making the most of being able to relax and napping when I feel like it. I've had little pain which I wasn't expecting. Sleeping on my back sucks but I've managed to sleep well regardless thankfuly. I love going to the gym, so taking the next four weeks off is going to be torture. Two weeks off of work and then returning to light duties will be enough time I think. My job is quite physical. I've put one photo pre op and one from today. Updated on 31 Jan 2019: Not much pain still but feeling more swollen today. Feelin' slightly impatient and can't wait for the tightness to go and everything to drop a little. Going to treadmill walk today (light) while the other half does his workout.
Dr Caplash at Glenelg is informative easy to talk to and willing to answer a myrid of questions which makes you feel very comforyable with his surgical ability as he explains how he carries out the procedures. He has carried out the following ops with him xtt mr arms thighs and breast lift with no issues or complications and my incision scars look fantastic. Can i say im over the moon with the outcome from all procedures. He is caring reasonably priced and wouldnt hesitate to recommend a consult with him if considering any procedures.
After being over weight before and during pregnancy I yoyoed with my weight before getting my act together and losing over 30kg (66lb) I had separated tummy muscles and a skin pouch that no amount of exercise would get rid of, so decided to get a body lift. I'm 5 weeks post operation now and while I'm still in a fair bit of pain and if I do too much during the day I swell in the evening, it's well worth it. I love my new body and am looking forward to life once I'm healed. Updated on 6 Nov 2016: So I read review after review saying how salt was bad for swelling and to avoid it. Be very careful of things like that, salt is an important part of your dietary needs, muscles and organs can't function if it's stripped from your diet completely. I've had a reasonably good healing process in regards to the actual operation and scars, have had a bit of trouble with low blood pressure from low sodium. That's all on the mend now as well so I'm starting to again look forward to what the future holds. Updated on 6 Nov 2016: Still working out the app, sorry the pic is separate from the last update.
Septo/rhino was an absolute disaster. Was suppose to only refine the tip but he completely botched the entire procedure. Dr Caplash destroyed my nose & left me with a bent, disfigured looking nose. Post op he wasn’t interested in my recovery & left everything up to his nurse. I have been left extremely depressed & almost reclusive because of the mess he’s made. I have since had to see another surgeon to fix the botched job, but I will never fully recover because he altered my nose so much I will never feel truely like myself. again.
