Dr. Trokel and his team provide an experience unlike any other providers I’ve encountered. I traveled just to see him in Miami because of the quality of his work but I wasn’t expecting to feel so well taken care of. Dr. Trokel was able to fix issues I’d previously seen several practitioners unsuccessfully prior to take care of. Apart from his talent, vast knowledge and eye for aesthetics, the team is highly collaborative with you and gives it to you completely straight which can be hard to come by. When you come to his office you feel like you’re spending time with (refreshingly direct) friends, and leave rejuvenated. Dr. Trokel has been my doctor for years. All fillings were made with it. It's not cheap, but I see the difference between the filling made by him and others out there, I have friends whose face is swollen from so much filling, and it's horrible! Doctors keep filling it up even more! But today I wanted one more filler on my face and he was super honest and directed me to another path. Other doctors who have been told me that more filling would solve my problem simply to take my money, but Dr. Trokel explained my situation to me and how more filling would not solve my double chin.

I had a YLift on October 20, 2021 by Dr Trokel. He treated under eyes, cheeks, jawline and chin using 10 units of Restyline Contour. He came highly recommended by a friend whom I trust, I followed him on Instagram for over 6 months before deciding to get the procedure done. I met with two other facial plastic surgeons and I was told to get a deep plane face lift and lower bleph at 47 years old. I love the technique behind the YLift, the filler is injected down on top of the bone structure using a cannula unlike traditional filler that is injected into soft tissue using a needle. The YLift approach builds on the bone structure, giving you beautiful contours. Dr Trokel is amazing, he has earned my trust 100% and I will be his ongoing patient for years to come! Updated on 26 Oct 2021: Just beautiful. The defined jawline, cheeks and chin are stunning on me. I still have small bruising my on my chin, that’s it. No downtime at all. Swelling yes, I can still feel it in my face. It’s difficult to smile big and to laugh and that can tie up to 2 weeks to subside. I love it so far! Updated on 29 Oct 2021: My face looks so good, day by day! Swelling is down, bruising almost gone. My skin feels tight, glowing and feels very hydrated. Similar to when I get a hydra facial, I wasn’t expecting that and it feels great. My skin look very youthful, I received a compliment on my skin by my hairdresser. I made a follow up appointment with Dr Trokel for November 19, 2021 for lips and Botox and to look over the results of Y Lift as I was contemplating the SurgYlift (MyEllevate with Renuvion). Dr. Yan Trokel and his staff are INCREDIBLE! He is an absolute genius with what he has created. He understands the finest anatomical details in the face and can work miracles with his technique that look 100% natural. I had the Y-Lift done a couple weeks ago and walked out in tears (happy tears) with instant results, no bruising, swelling or downtime. I have tried so many things before this that just didn't work to improve the appearance of that inevitable downward settling of the face we all experience at some point in life due to aging. Y lift- Liked it somewhat (too much filler!) at first but later down the road I realized it had stretched out my skin and I am worse off now than if I never had it done. This Is a temporary fix which needs upkeep . It slowly diminished over a year which was longer than expected - a good thing. I would not have this done again but would recommend it to those who don't mind the upkeep

I had the Y Lift and Surgylift 1 month ago. It was the worst decision of my life. I am in continued pain. Have scars from internal trauma all over my neck and jawline. And the permanent suture is visible across my neck. It looked like someone tried to slice my throat. I am seeking help but advise against these procedures! My YLift is uneven. And my eyes look hollowed out. I look 10x worse than before these procedures. Please go to a facial plastic.
