I had a YLift on October 20, 2021 by Dr Trokel. He treated under eyes, cheeks, jawline and chin using 10 units of Restyline Contour. He came highly recommended by a friend whom I trust, I followed him on Instagram for over 6 months before deciding to get the procedure done. I met with two other facial plastic surgeons and I was told to get a deep plane face lift and lower bleph at 47 years old. Y lift- Liked it somewhat (too much filler!) at first but later down the road I realized it had stretched out my skin and I am worse off now than if I never had it done. This Is a temporary fix which needs upkeep . It slowly diminished over a year which was longer than expected - a good thing. I would not have this done again but would recommend it to those who don't mind the upkeep

Y Lift & SurgYlift - continued pain & scars from internal trauma
I had the Y Lift and Surgylift 1 month ago. It was the worst decision of my life. I am in continued pain. Have scars from internal trauma all over my neck and jawline. And the permanent suture is visible across my neck. It looked like someone tried to slice my throat. I am seeking help but advise against these procedures! My YLift is uneven. And my eyes look hollowed out. I look 10x worse than before these procedures. Please go to a facial plastic.
