I was very unhappy with how I looked. I’ve had hooded eyes for as long as I can remember. I’d reached the point of being sad about it every single day. At that point, I knew I had to do something about it. My journey started on the Internet. And let me tell you, it wasn’t easy. But after a long search, reading through every plastic surgeon’s website, I finally found dr. Van Deun. The Information on the website was very detailled and I decided to book an appointment.That appointment went very well. I was pretty anxious about it, but dr. Van Deun was able to take away every possible doubt. He answered al my questions, showed me before and after pictures and made sure I knew what to expect. After he talked me through the entire procedure I knew he was the plastic surgeon I wanted to perform the surgery.The day of surgery I was nervous. But dr. Van Deun talked me through the entire procedure yet again and that gave me peace of mind. Everything went very well and dr. Van Deun and his team made sure I was comfortable the entire time. My eyes were swollen, as expected, but I didn’t bruise at all nor did I feel any pain. After one week the stiches were removed and I got instructions to take care of my eyes for the next few weeks.The result is amazing and very natural. I’ve got a lot of compliments, but the best part is I can look in the mirror without feeling miserable about my hooded eyes.Dr. Van Deun had changed my life and did it in a very human approached and professional way. I would like to thank him from the bottom of my heart and I can only recommand him.
