Hello, thank you for your question. And to answer your question, i would advise you to go as soon as possible to the hospital where you got your breast lift and get treated. You might not feel any pain or it might not have any pus but the it seems like there is a problem with your wound. Go see your PS for a better care as he knows your case better :)
