More important than the volume of the implant are the dimension and the shape. That means, that especially in your case of a small width chest, the base width of your breasts (that is the distance measured horizontally on the top of your breast from it most medial point to its most lateral point where the curvature starts). An implant should never have a larger diameter than this distance, otherwise you risk your breast being joined in the middle or bulging laterally beyond your frame. I usually recommend choosing the diameter at least 1/4 to 1/2 an inch below the base width. 
If the moderate profile implant that just fits this measure appears too small in volume, then (and only then) I would go to the high profile variant, especially if you are looking for a lot of roundness and not so pointy.

Looking at your pictures with your height and weight, my feeling is that 400cc is quite big for you. It is hard to tell without having examined you in person, but my guess is that a 330 to 360cc implant is plenty of volume for you. I would suggest transaxillary placement completely underneath the muscles.

The volume of the implants does not say all. Actually dimensions, such as diameter, projection, etc. are more important. 
That being said, in my 20 years of experience as a plastic surgeon with my special area of expertise being breast surgery, I have never implanted anything larger than 650cc and that was in a patient who works in the erotic industry.
To give you another perspective: many manufacturers don't even offer implants much larger than 600cc in their regular line and require special orders for any larger volume.

While it is very hard judging just from your picture, I believe that you probably would get a nice and natural result with a volume of about 360 to 380cc and I am quite sure everything beyond 420cc would give you a very fake appearance. Also consider the weight of the implants: carrying around another 3.5 lbs up front might negatively affect your back!

I strongly recommend getting at least a second, if not a third opinion before committing to this huge size. I can't believe any decent plastic surgeon would use implants of that size, if not for very special and rare cases.

It is quite natural to worry about such issues after eyelid surgery. I am doing a lot of these procedures and I can assure you that at this point it seems there is nothing to worry about. 
While it is logical to compare your own experience with those of your friends, remember that every case is different and not everybody heals at the same pace.
The final result of a blepharoplasty will be seen after 3 to 6 months with the major part of the swelling being gone by 4 weeks. So you still have lots of time for things to develop for the better.
I suggest to use some cool packs for a while to help the swelling go down, just don't use them straight out of the freezer, because this is too cold and you might even damage the delicate skin. Rather put them in the fridge and apply them at temperatures well above freezing.

It is hard to tell without seeing you, however, in my practice I do a lot of male breast reductions for gynecomastia. What you write does not appear to be unusual or even worrisome. The postoperative course is very rarely symmetrical and it may well take considerably longer for the swelling to go down on one side compared to the other.
I think it is quite important to wear good compression garments for 4 weeks after the surgery and limit physical activity for that time period as well. Especially not running, since this bounces the breasts somewhat, and no heavy lifting or working overhead.

If there is just some fluid, it will be absorbed by your body, without any problems. If there is enough fluid to form an undulation (like a wave) that runs across the area when you push on one side, then you should have it removed by aspiration. As long as you are feeling o.k. and there is little pain and the area is not red or hot, this does not have to be done on an emergency basis. If your surgeon returns within a week or so, it should not be a problem to wait.

It is great that you feel well after the surgery, but I want to warn you, not to overdo it now.
I frequently see patients of mine, who feel just fine, only days after their surgery and become too active early on. You have to realize, that such surgeries create large wound areas, even if the incisions might be relatively small. Your body needs a lot of energy and rest to ensure (further) proper healing. If you become too active at this point, you will propagate swelling, possibly formation of seroma and infection. So please heed your doctor's advice regarding activities. 
With the procedures you mentioned, I usually recommend to my patients to not work out for 3 to 4 weeks and especially avoid things that go along with a lot of vibration in the tissues, such as running. After all, every step you take bounces your whole body a little bit!

Let me give you one example out of my own practice: A few years ago I had a patient who was feeling just fine after breast augmentation and on her follow up on day 3 following the surgery, everything looked perfect. Her next appointment was for 2 weeks postop., but she called me about 10 days after the surgery complaining that her breasts hurt, were red and hot, etc. I asked her to come to my office so I could examine her and indeed it looked much worse than a few days before. I asked her what she had done and she replied "nothing much". So I asked again, what "nothing much" meant for her. Turns out, she was upset about her windows not being as clean as she liked them to be. She spent half a day cleaning all the windows in her home. The next day she had problems with her new breasts. I gave her antibiotics and told her she would have to stay put on her couch and not do anything physical at all, or I would have to admit her to a hospital. She followed my advice and 5 days later everything was fine again, but potentially this could have spelled disaster!

I always tell my patients to be patient (that's actually where this word comes from!) and give nature a chance. The time you lose by waiting somewhat longer, you usually gain double by not having any complications to battle.

My direct advice to you: give it at least another 2 weeks and talk to your surgeon about what kind of routine you want to start again, before doing so.
