I have gone to Dr Saber for at least 15 years and is one of the best Drs out there! He is very professional and his number one priority is making sure his patients are comfortable and knowledgeable about the procedures he will be performing. He runs a very organized office and his staff is friendly and they all go out of their way to make patients feel special. His office is also very clean. Dr Saber is a caring and very knowledgeable Dr about anything a patient would need. I would recommend Dr Saber as my number one Dr any day!
Wow!! That's the best way to describe the results. I had worked in the Medical Field for 40 years and I'm so pleased with my Facelift. My husband says I look 20 years younger. All medical staff in the doctor's office and the surgery center made me feel I was in good hands. The were very sweet, patient, and caring. I never felt nervous or worried, so happy with the care.
I had the most positive, comforting & realistic consultation with Dr Saber. He was honest, reassuring and supportive. He made sure my rational was for the right reasons, my support system was on board and I was mentally prepared for this process. Although still in the healing process I could not be more grateful and happier with Dr Saber, his staff and my results. Wonderful experience
I loved Dr. Saber, very intelligent and honest. He was very informative and helped me choose the correct implants for my body size. He listened to what I wanted and offered his advice and opinion. I highly recommend him, he did a beautiful job. His staff was very friendly and provided a comfortable environment.
My motivation to get this done was i didnt feel sexy. I couldnt wear low cut shirts and feel good.. i had to wear super padded super pushed up VS bras. I hated shopping for shirts or bras. I felt like i didnt belong wearing the cute tight low cut shirts. I didnt even like taking my bra off and wearing just a tank around the house infront of my own hubby. I was overly embarrased. So i finally pulled the trigger and started looking into a boob job. I did one consultation and he had me sold. Dr Saber was straight to the point. Let me know my stats and what i could and could not do, and what he wouldnt do. I am 5 ft 4in, 115lbs. My boobs where 10.5cm base, so he wouldnt go any bigger than whatever that was on the boob chart. So i didnt have many options. I went into this thinking i wanted top heavy [RS bleep] boobs, not knowing that more issues come with getting them bigger than the surgeon suggests (ex:more surgeries) so, i ayed it safe and told him i want aboyt a C or D (i did look at puctures of C and D boobs in advance to make sure thats the size i wanted. I was a 32A (at least thats what i am going with, never actually got sized, just grabbed a small bra and ran with it) before my surgery. I ended up with 235CC Sientra Textured Moderate under the Muscle. I am now a 32D. I LOVE them. Sometimes i expierence the boob greed. But then i come look at this forum and it REALLY helps me to get over it and be greateful (that and old pictures of me in a bikini) Updated on 6 May 2015: I am really stupid excited for it to be summer already, and for my beach vacation. I finally fill out a bathing suit!!! *giddy* Updated on 11 May 2015: So i have a question for any ladies who have had their girls for a few months now...Do any of you expierence breif (sometimes sharp) pain in your lovely ladies? Updated on 13 May 2015: I find myself grabbing them more often than i ever did (before surgery)..as if they are gonna diasappear?! LOL.... surely you others do that as well. Updated on 14 May 2015: I bought myself a new bikini top! A strapless one.. i NEVER. EVER. Would have worn this before. Its not push up or padded crazy.. its just simple and i still have BEWBIES!!!!
After a deflation of a saline (salt water) filled implant breaks, the salt water is harmlessly absorbed by the body. Removal of a deflated saline shell is generally a straight forward procedure and can be performed by any Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. Leaving a deflated implant in for a prolong period of time, generally does not make the surgery more complicated and has no immediate risk to your health. However it is recommended to eventually have the deflated device removed.
