You ask if Coolsculpting the lower abdomen would also help eliminate fat in the upper abdomen?  The short answer is, "No".  During the consultation a plan should be made to target all areas of concern.  If the upper abdomen has pockets of fat an applicator(r) must be used directly over that area to achieve results.  There would be no change in the upper abdomen, if only the lower abdomen is targeted.
